There were two items that should have been brought to my attention when the features of the computer were discussed. One the unit did not have a disc drive and two the mouse and keyboard were not wireless. I still would have purchased the computer, but those items were surprises.”
“Sparta UPS store is very busy but the manager ryan is awesome to work with with he makes things go easy and he is a huge help I had some boxes to shop he helped me unload the car and more I made a mistake on my slip he caught it and was able to make the correction he was extremely helpful and patient with me throughout the process! “My only complaint is the residential street that is used to get in here often cars parked on corner making it very tight getting in with a 53ft wagon and a average sleeper tractor.Unloaded me fast, easy dock to bump, people are friendly.”

“I had such a great experience at this post office that I had to leave a review. I went in yesterday because I had lost my receipt for a package I mailed out, and I desperately needed the tracking number. What felt like an impossible situation, Postmaster John Porada was able to solve. He went above and beyond to help me, and I am so grateful for his kindness and patience.
I also want to mention how friendly the entire staff is. From John to William, to the sweet woman at the front counter with the beautiful blue eyes (I don’t know her name yet) — every single person is warm, helpful, and welcoming. Usually when I visit other post offices the employees seem rushed or a little rude, but that is not the case here.
I’ll never go to another post office. I’m truly happy to have found this one!”

She provided excellent service and possessed the knowledge to make sure our package arrived at the time we needed it to. And at the best possible price. We were quoted as having to spend almost $200, to have the same delivery service done by FedEx. We spent nowhere near that, and our package is expected to be there exactly when we want it to.
