“I had a fuel leak due to a corroded tank and took my car to Rob’s Auto Repair. They replaced the tank and handled a few other maintenance issues quickly and professionally. A couple weeks later I started having another issue and called the shop. They had me bring it in right away. They diagnosed it, fixed it within a few days, and didn’t charge me anything for the follow-up work.

“All apologies about the lack of compressed air. The nozzle on the hose has worn out and leaks. The fitting has become seized on the hose end requiring the entire hose to be replaced and due to supply chain restrictions a replacement is not available. However a generous Certified Mechanic who wishes to remain nameless has donated their portable air compressor for Conoco customers to use between 14:00 thru 21:15 Monday thru Sunday”

“Matt at Mr. Tire truly went above and beyond for us. We were having a tough time getting a rusted tire off so we could put on the donut and get the car into the shop. Matt not only took the time to walk us through it, but he shared his expertise in a way that was easy to understand—even for someone like me who isn’t familiar with auto mechanic terminology.
After struggling with that tire for over an hour, we followed Matt’s advice and had it off in no time. Once we arrived, they took us in immediately and had the new tire installed in under 20 minutes.

“The managers at the location were excellent to deal with. Unfortunately there was a computer issue (no fault of Mt. Ephraim Firestone) which held up check-out about 20 minutes longer than expected. Also, when I was ready to drive away on my new tires I noticed a couple of screws and an old razor blade laying on the ground in front of my car, so I would just recommend that someone periodically checks the parking lot for debris as it is in rough shape.”

“My husband's tire blew. Heard great things and they were the only place with his tire size nearby. They got him in, all 4 new tires installed, and aligned right away (there was only one other person ahead of us). What a relief to have everything fixed quickly so we didn't have to worry about how to get to work the next day! They also gave his vehicle a once over and told us what we would need fixed soon. Great, fast, thorough service!”
