“I used Autotech for the first time 6 years ago and I'll never use another collision service. Dean and his staff guided me through the process of dealing with the insurance company and were there to answer every question I had. Recently my daughter was in an accident and of course I took the car to Autotech. This time I dealt with Dan and Dean jr. and they were great as well. The car wound up being a total loss but thanks to their help I was able to secure a fair settlement from the insurance company. Nobody wants to be involved in an accident but if you wind up in that situation, do yourself a favor and go to Autotech. These guys are the best!I wish more businesses could be like Autotech. Recently, I went back to have them check the headlight they replaced, and they honored the warranty without hesitation. They promptly installed a new fuse and even provided an additional one in case of future issues. Lue and the team were incredibly helpful and efficient. “I work at local car dealership. We do not have a body shop, so we are forced to sublet warranty body issues to local body shops. We took a couple cars here, for some major warranty repairs (driver door replacements) because the body shop We have been using, takes too long. When I went and picked the vehicle up, I was blown away by the quality and craftsmanship of the work they did. It took half the time and literally half the price to get 2x better quality. They are very nice to work with, as well. The owner of the vehicle called me at the dealership and told me how beautiful the paint job is. I needed a new bumper for my Dodge Ram and he helped me to order one online correctly. Once I dropped the new bumper off to him, he took the old one off and installed and painted the new one in less than 2 days. The work was great.. you cannot tell this bumper was replaced! Once I was able to get everything squared away with insurance- Greg took my car in without hesitation- and fixed my car quickly. When I went to pick my car up- it was so beautiful! I felt like I was getting it in better condition than the day I drove it off the lot! “I am absolutely satisfied with the service my husband and I received for our new Kia Sorento. Somehow my husband blew the cap off the passenger mirror along with the mirror. My husband was quoted to paint a new mirror cap and place the mirror back on. They promised that everything would be ready for repairs next day, and sure enough, they called next day saying they were ready to get the mirror cap and mirror back on.
