“We walked into the Enterprise on Washington Ave. in Philadelphia at 12:57 pm, on a Saturday 1/31 when they close at 1:00 pm ! Three minutes before they close for the day. All this and WITHOUT a reservation! They were sooo nice and accommodating. They had us out of there and on our way in no time. Cannot say enough of how great the customer service was. We will now only rent with Enterprise because of this experience. And they were equally as nice when we returned the vehicle on 2/4.”
“I owe Ivan this review since I was not able to rate my experience on the Turo platform due to time constraints.
We arrived from the Southern tip of Florida to PA not knowing what to expect. To be treated with such kindness is priceless, we rented a very nice Toyota Prius - an absolute fuel saver for all the driving we did in the surrounding counties for the two months that we were working there. - Any concerns we addressed to Ivan would leave us comforted knowimg that he had our back & wasn't out to rip us off. It made our stay just so much more manageable as we were dealing with our own challenges that arose but nothing major.
I would absolutely rent again from Ivan, no doubt about it. Thank you Ivan for going above & beyond our expectations.

“This location provided me with a rental while my car was getting repaired. Even though insurance was paying for the rental they treated like a valued customer. I had to call a few times with basic questions and always got right through to a local agent that helped me through the process with kindness. They picked me up at the body shop without having to wait an extra minute and provided a great vehicle on arrival; very easy process and each person I met there was equally as friendly and knowledgeable. If I ever need a local rental I’ll go out of my way to rent from them…highly recommended.”

“It’s a nice spot, very convenient. I would give a 5 star review, but my pickup was delayed 45 minutes causing me to be late. I didn’t get my vehicle I reserved either, and got a last minute change. I still give this 4 stars because the young woman at the front was extremely kind. She apologized for the inconvenience and even remembered to ask about the event I reserved the car for. Her kindness and effectiveness helped keep this at 4 stars. I don’t have her name, but she was tall with amazing curls. Will definitely still rent from here again.”
“Enterprise Rent A Car in Maple Shade, NJ was incredible. I had a last minute rental and they found me an outstanding car for a reasonable price. The check in/check out process was extremely wicked and efficient. I also got a call the next day from Austin making sure that everything went well! Thank you again. “Great experience working with this location. Both Devin (manager) and Kyle (Asst. Manager) were great. I rented a 15-passenger van from them. Pickup was quick and efficient.
I had left a belonging in the van after return, and Kyle was super helpful getting it back to me. Clear communication from start to finish.”

I called M&C and while it was not something that they worked on, they were knowledgeable about what was needed and gave me a recommendation that finally worked out! “Spectacular experience. Great management and employees. I reserved my vehicle simply by calling directly Rent-A-Wreck directly. I called one business day in advance, they did not ask for any money upfront, and there were no problems. Car was excellent, no funny sounds or smells.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Anyone complaining about not getting refunds, booking problems, etc., are probably using Expedia or some other 3rd party system, which has NOTHING to do with Rent-A-Wreck policy.”

In fact you can purchase their vehicles finance or pay full it's cheaper. So go purchase your cars at Enterprise when y'all get y'all income tax cars last long and they're new up-to-date in fact I am purchasing me one”
“This was such an easy and smooth experience. I had been using Turo for the past few years when I travel, which has been great for renting small, simple vehicles. I’m this case, we needed a minivan for a local rental because I had a lot of family in town visiting and we wanted to all fit together in one vehicle. Turo didn’t have any new minivans, just older ones, and the price was pretty high. Budget had brand new minivans at reasonable daily rental prices. The best part of this though was the super nice guy at the counter when we picked up the car. I hope he sees this! He was just pleasant in general but he noticed I needed to get a new license soon and I lamented about the DMV in Philly. Thank you so much for letting me know about AAA Ardmore’s photo center for Penn Dot. In and out in 5 minutes! I hope other people read this and take note too. That was so much better than a Philadelphia Penn Dot experience. Can’t thank you enough.”

“This location is INCREDIBLE! I was in the process of car shopping and had to pay out of pocket for a rental after the insurance company stopped paying. The prices are absolutely the best in the business, the cars are the newest and they are spotless! This location will be my go to for all my future needs as the process is not long drawn out waiting hassle its a simple in and out less then 15 minutes and your in a beautiful car n back on the road! The staff is extremely courteous and very sympathetic to any situation making sure the customer is never inconvenienced in anyway!
