I called on Monday afternoon and drove off with a trailer on Tuesday morning. Jay was so helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Very easy people to work with. He even went over some technical points I was not aware of in spite of already owning a trailer. I highly recommend Hecht Trailers!
