She is a true professional and SMARTSTOP is very lucky to have someone like her working for them. She deserves a management position, as well as a raise. “So far, I’ve had two storage unit here at the Mount Laurel location and the facility is great, clean and friendly
But most importantly, I am impressed with the front desk managers Carl & Mike.
Carl and Mike is why the atmosphere is friendly in the whole facility and even the bathrooms are always clean and ready for use whenever needed
You also have to try the Keurig machine they have delicious flavors of drinks and plenty of water.

“We’ve been there since Jan. 2025. It’s always been clean and bright. I feel safe there by myself. Yesterday (8/13/25) my hubby and I had to move something from storage unit to our car. It was a bit too heavy for us. We looked around and…Rodney to the rescue! He is always smiling and helpful. Yesterday he moved up to next level of service by helping us get those heavy stadium chairs into our car! Thank you Rodney!!!”

“It's more expensive than other storage places, in part because of the visible location right off 130. I'm happy with it because it's walking distance from me, which is convenient. The person who works in the office is very nice. I like him a lot better than the lady who preceded him. But the person who works there can change.
I love the 24 hour access option and the rooms are spacious, so overall, I'm happy renting there.”

What really stood out was her customer service. She gave us a thorough tour of the facility and helped us find the unit that best fit our needs. After we made our decision, she went above and beyond by sweeping out the unit again and even mopping it to make sure it was clean and ready for us.
