“The storage facility was very secure clean well lit at night. The hours were 6 AM to 10 PM at night. It was fair pricing for a 10 x 30 unit. The staff was extremely courteous, friendly, helpful. “Began renting a unit and have had a great experience so far. The building is easy to access and clean, and management is very quick to respond if there is an issue. Unfortunately I witnessed a problematic encounter once when another customer was being verbally aggressive with another customer who was there at the same time as me and the person came to me to warn me about them. Within the hour of writing my safety complaint, management called me to get more info to address it immediately. Appreciate yall!”

“I recently went to my storage unit and after I went I received a phone call asking how my visit was and if I had any questions or concerns about the unit. I told them that yes it did smell like mice but I didn’t see any , Aisha the rep who called assured me that it would be taken care of immediately. She was very kind and only took a minute out of my day , I’m happy to know that the lots are taken care of and customers receive the service they pay for! When I go back to my unit I will update on the smell but as of now I definitely recommend this location especially with it being close to the city and suburbs”

“I would like to say for years people have told me to go to Columbus fleemarket so finally we decided not to go to Englishtown fleemarket and try Columbus it was the best decision we could ever make because were told about the storage place they have to and from what we have experienced from the great staff at the fleemarket and their professional way of business we decided to call the storage place and inquire about a unit we were told Sunday from a couple of vendors that there was long waiting list but I called anyway and the manager said we can help you with your needs so we drove there and we were greeted by the manager and a new employee and words can not explain how much these employees went out of their way to help us I've been dealing with storages for a long time and never did I get the treatment we did today I can see a long term relationship with this fleemarket storage company and I even asked about a job because this place was definitely top shelf company and I could see myself working there so I would definitely give this fleemarket and storage facility a big thumbs up because after what we been through in the last past 2 years we finally felt like there is great professional quality people in the world still we made a really bad decision moving out of nj to pa because we Lost 2years being part of the Columbus fleemarket family and storage family sincerely yours George Guenther/ gale Vita”

“I just got a storage unit from public storage and I did not see anything about that the key and the lock would be in the storage unit online cuz I got it on the storage unit online and I paid everything I went there I paid for it on a Thursday I went there Saturday nobody was there I had no idea to set up the app I had no clue what I was supposed to be doing until one of the employees just happened to pull in and see me and ask me if I needed help and he was very very nice and explained everything to me I really think that you need somebody in the office because when I looked it said that somebody was in the office from like 9:00 to 5:00 everyday and there was not.. when I when I rent something a storage unit there should be somebody in the office to walk me through what I'm supposed to be doing that's my feedback on that”
