“IT IS nice to have a place to post one's opinion about a business and share the good as well as the not-so-good. I am NOT a life-long Medfordite. And, I know everyone in Medford knows about Wheelies. I have had occasion to get a tire replaced at Wheelies and make small purchases, but those were in-and-out things. I inherited a bike that I have been riding for over a year with no rear brakes. Finally, I caved and decided to ask Wheelies to bleed the brakes for me. My having missed an appointment that I made, I dropped off the bike the next day. Larry had my bike ready to ride in 24 hours. I picked up my bike today. Larry and his staff got me out the door with a repair bill that was less than I expected. Medford is like no other place that I've experienced. Larry and his bike shop are exactly the kind of old-fashioned, honest business I would hope to find in a place like Medford, NJ. Larry is a gem that I hope everyone appreciates. “I had to help a relative upgrade their equipment. Since that relative was with another company before, the representatives I worked with didn't seem to realize that my relative was renewing their machine rather than starting off on their very first one ever. Initially, it was going to be a monthly rental where the deductible would have to come into play first, and the machine could not be purchased and reimbursed directly all at once first. However, under this particular insurance plan, it turns out there is a clause or so stating that future machines are covered. There is probably verbiage regarding the idea that my relative has to be continually and reasonably compliant with the machine he/she started with. Some companies would not do enough due diligence to fix or monitor these kind of errors. I suspect the company my relative was with prior would've overlooked this even though they were the ones who awarded my relative their first machine. I am grateful to have this company to help my family out.”
“I dealt with a very nice customer service rep named Aida. My mother needed a hospital bed, oxygen and a mechanical ventilator. Brotherston was the best! They took care of everything. The delivery man was top notch. They have pulmonary specialists there that come to the house and make sure you have everything you need. We were with them for 2 years. Nothing but the best. Thanks.”
