But most importantly, I am impressed with the front desk managers Carl & Mike.
Carl and Mike is why the atmosphere is friendly in the whole facility and even the bathrooms are always clean and ready for use whenever needed
You also have to try the Keurig machine they have delicious flavors of drinks and plenty of water.

“We’ve been there since Jan. 2025. It’s always been clean and bright. I feel safe there by myself. Yesterday (8/13/25) my hubby and I had to move something from storage unit to our car. It was a bit too heavy for us. We looked around and…Rodney to the rescue! He is always smiling and helpful. Yesterday he moved up to next level of service by helping us get those heavy stadium chairs into our car! Thank you Rodney!!!”

“If you’re looking for a great storage experience, ask for Angel C! I was able to secure a great unit the same day I called. He was so professional and walked me through the entire process. I had tons of questions and he was able to clarify them all for me. He took his time and I didn’t feel rushed or like he was just trying to get me to dish out money. “This location did an excellent job. Pickup was smooth and quick. However, this was not the location that I selected when I made my reservation. I made my reservation in April for a location that was more convenient. The day before my pick up, U-Haul changed my reservation to pick up at the above location. That change caused an extra 40 minutes drive time, additional mileage and extra tolls. When I raised this to their management, they took prompt action to make the situation right. I would definitely use this location in the future.”
