Here the nice woman was able to explain everything and helped me with the whole process.I would only recommend coming into the store here and just dealing with them directly. It might be a little bit scary coming to a rv / odd and end store. But it's your best plan of action when needing to use a uhall truck.Don't waste your time with other places just come to the experts.”

“This location did an excellent job. Pickup was smooth and quick. However, this was not the location that I selected when I made my reservation. I made my reservation in April for a location that was more convenient. The day before my pick up, U-Haul changed my reservation to pick up at the above location. That change caused an extra 40 minutes drive time, additional mileage and extra tolls. When I raised this to their management, they took prompt action to make the situation right. I would definitely use this location in the future.”
“This Facility is great. What makes it great is the people and they provide great service. The owner is an awesome person that loves helping others. Not gonna go into the details but he help me, went out of his way to ensure I was taken care of. I hope the man with the white beard and the glass is Tom. I rate this location 10/10 for the service they provided to me and the with a caring attitude.”
“Had terrible experiences with Ryder. Went through 4 broken trucks in 1 week. Miller is the completely opposite. Great service and new trucks that have upgraded radios and rear cameras. They are also cheaper and have refrigerated vans which most companies don't. Couldn't ask for more. Kelly is a great sales rep.”

“Everything went very smooth and timely. Hermes was extremely helpful when I wasn’t sure on everything I needed. She was able to help me figure it out and get me on the road. I showed up late for my reservation and thankfully she stayed a few extra minutes just to make sure I was set. Great service”

“I cannot recommend this U-Haul location enough. We just finished moving and I visited the Mt. Laurel location at least a half dozen times to purchase boxes and wrapping paper. They have a great variety of box items. I needed 3 TV boxes as well as other items including coverings for sofa and other furniture. We also ordered two 10' trucks that were very useful. The staff there is friendly and personable. What a great experience!”
“Rented a ¾ ton pick-up and requested the ability to tow which comes at a surcharge – Figured it would include a tow hitch & ball mount – It Does Not. The hitch was there but when I asked about the ball mount, I was handed a Receiver Adapter (reducer sleeve) and was told they do not provide a ball mount and ball”
“Kevin is the MAN!! Super helpful and knowledgable. Picked up a 2-Axle car hauling trailer, and was well taken care of. Reservation was on time and ready, Kevin was training another employee and took great care of myself, and was helpful and patient while training. Made sure all connections were in place and ready to tow. Very highly recommended.”
