“I did not stop in anthropology to shop. That was my original intention until I realized I had left my phone in an Uber. Thank goodness I chose to go in to anthropology. I wish I had gotten the name of the lady who helped me, but she did everything in her power to help me, despite the fact that she was working. I truly appreciate that. She called taxicab companies – none of which answered. She offered me a few suggestions and told me how to get to the security office. This woman is someone anthropology can be very proud of. I cannot thank her enough for her help.”
“This store this store this store!! I made an online purchase during a sale. They did not fit at all! Took them to this store for an exchange. Toni greeted me and asked questions I never thought about. She took my measurements and picked out some options. I have been wearing the wrong size so long, that the right size felt weird. She did the return but I didn’t have the money to pay for them again so she gave me the slip and receipt. That was weeks ago due to my anxiety I felt uncomfortable calling or going. She gave me options and told me I could even buy online as they have a new sale. I really hope she gets a promotion or a raise. I love her!! I will come and buy from her again”

“I went shopping for my husband's birthday presents & found many shirts & bathing suit for him. The shorts selection wasn't as good as in the past though. I used to get all of his pants here but don't see much of a selection for that brand anymore. Next time I will look at the women's clothes. The cashier was very friendly. Plenty of parking.”

“My experience at Soma was top tier customer service! I was offered a friendly greeting when I walked into the store. I was then helped by Denise who immediately offered me a fitting and a dressing room. She was very attentive, helping me to pick out different styles, then helping me to try them on. She gave me great advice about how my bras should fit and what I need to do to properly maintain them. Even as I was being assisted at checkout by Verlinda, the three associates there including Denise, took the time to help me pick out each item that I needed in order to get the sale deals! I really enjoyed myself and plan to return again in the future.”
“Today I went to Chicos in Mt Laurel to return an online purchase. I explained to the Sales Assoiciate, Carmen, that I was disappointed that I could not find the jumpsuit in a smaller size online. “It’s a very nice store.with nice people, but they make their own hours. Supposed to be open till six on a Sunday. Just stopped there at 4:40, doors were locked and they were turning off the lights. Not the first time I’ve been there when it was supposed to be open, but they are closed.”

Anyone who know Toni will know that she does not believe in cutting off kids hair. Toni specializes in healthy natural hair and designing weaves and wigs for those facing hair loss.”

“Rachel was such a sweetheart & very helpful these past two days! With the holiday’s approaching, I know shipping can get backed up, but I called the store for updates the last couple days to see if my ‘store pickup’ order has arrived yet. My order unfortunately hasn’t been delivered yet like I was hoping, but Rachel answered my calls both times & tried finding other stores that would have my items in stock, offered to call their customer service to give me the tracking info she didn’t have access to, tried finding similar items in their store & even offered to put them on hold for me. She really was so great & went the extra mile in trying to help me for something completely out of her control! It’s always so nice to speak to somebody who is genuine & wants to help in customer service so I really appreciated all of her help in trying to help me out! Especially when she didn’t have to do all of that for me!”

I walked in hoping to find a shoe with a wide toe box for my feet issues and I was greeted by Victoria who set me up on their machine to measure my foot alignment. She helped me find the perfect shoe for work and exercising. Cannot recommend this store location enough- if I ever need new balance shoes again I will for sure be coming back to this location.”
