What can I say? Everything started out great, took a turn for the worse, and ultimately ended **excellent**.

I brought my Escalade in for a recall repair. I was asked to arrive at 11:00 AM, and when I got there, everything seemed to be in order. I met with Tyler, the service representative, who told me the vehicle should be ready within a couple of hours. So, I waited.

Around 1:00 PM, Tyler came back and told me they didn’t actually have the part needed for my vehicle. Keep in mind, I had specifically been asked to come in at 11:00 AM because everything was supposedly scheduled and ready to go.

I politely explained that my time had been wasted. Unfortunately, the response I received was, *“I’m not here to waste anyone’s day.”* At that point, I felt it was necessary to speak with management.

I spoke with Benjamin, the Sales Manager, and explained what happened. He immediately took my concerns seriously and brought in Jonathan, the Service Manager. From that point on, everything changed.

Jonathan apologized, explained that it was a human error, and, more importantly, took responsibility for making things right. He offered me a rental at their expense and arranged to have my Escalade delivered back to me once the part arrives, understanding that I’m 45 minutes away and that **people have lives and time is valuable**.

Honestly, I wish this had been handled that way from the beginning by my service representative. I choose Cadillac because I like supporting an American brand, and I expect a Cadillac dealership to deliver a **5-star experience**.

Because of the initial hiccup, I would give the experience **4 stars**, but the way Benjamin and Jonathan stepped in, listened, took responsibility, and found a solution made a huge difference.

In the end, everything was handled professionally, and I’m happy with the outcome.
