“Been to several banks, opened several accounts..never had to visit a bank three times with an appointment and yet unable to open an account...I would love them to tell me before hand they can't do it for no reason..so I wouldn't waste my hours of precious time. The banker applied online for account with me sitting there, while I had to make time to visit the bank and after a day I am told oh the account didn't open because you will need to come in physically..but I was there physically?? What was the point of me coming into a bank if they were going to apply online ..any child can do that from home.
It's stupid and it's ridiculous..I am never going to do business with them again
