We just switched to this bank and I have yet to have a good experience. Anytime I try to cash a check they give me an issue. Nobody here had a personality. One of the “managers” yelled at another worker right in front of me and it was so awkward. No drive through either which is super inconvenient

❗️ Access is off 2 driveways, 1 off rt38 and 1 off Ark Rd. into shopping center❗️
》New modern building inside and out.
》No drive up window but there is a driveup ATM.
》ATM in lobby.
💥 No bathrooms available.
💥You need to make an appointment to open an account.
💥Veterans are eligible no minimum checking accounts.
❗️This branch is terribly slow! There is a greeter at the door but normally only one of the two teller windows will be open!

Came in for a cashier check. The lady at the counter had no idea how to process it. Took her 30mins for a cashiers check. The tasks dont get easier than that.

Ignorant and always judging a book by its cover they help only based how you look I needed my business account unlocked and they said I have to make an appointment , today 3:05 3-25-25 the black lady was rude and ignorant

Very helpful, when you have to change your bank. Having a bank close on you, you have a lot of work ahead of you. With this information it looks like chase is the best choice.

Chase is a great bank in my opinion. Unfortunately, this branch needs help. Its manager is most un welcoming, and he is in need of better training. At times it’s impossible to get anyone on the phone for assistance., while not being busy. Go figure. If you’re interested in a low traffic bank where it’s impossible to get somebody on the phone and has substandard leadership, this is your place.

I've been banking at this branch for 5 years. I took two stars away because of the terrible service that I received today from Fabiola. She tried to tell me that the computer would lock my account and not even the Branch Manager wouldn't be able to unlock it if I don't get an ATM card. She told me that I had to be texted a code to access my account. I believe her actions caused this as I've never experienced this before. I called and spoke with someone at the bank. I was advised that I didn't need an ATM card. She treated me like I was up to no good. When I told her that I've never had an issue at this bank in the five years that I've banked there, she looked at my account to see if I banked there this long. Didn't like my experience with her. I knew that she was giving me erroneous information because two employees previously told me that all I had to do was show my NJ driver's license and I would be fine. I did this today and she put me through all kinds of changes. Other employees have said that it was not necessary for me to have any ATM card. Very annoyed.

SLOWEST brach on the planet …. The tellers are so slow and weird. Also they NEVER answer their phones. It is a very very slow branch, so why is no one answering??

Came in to start an account , white lady at the stand kept giving me an obvious stank look , didn’t get her name but I’m sure she’s done it to other people. Get rid of her she will drive customers away. Went right over to Fulton bank where they greet you and help you right when you walk in.

What a gorgeous building to be so empty. The rudest front desk people EVER. The guy they sent me to was clueless and just looked at me with no answers. Don’t be open on a Saturday if you have no staff. Train your staff better and pretend to care. This place is a joke.

Good morning I walked into the back and it was about a ten min Wait for someone then I was helped by Zachary Gaines he treated me with respect ,courtesy ,very honest and he went above and beyond to help me solve my account problems he made sure that I was taken care of with great customer services and as well as the branch manger Charles he came over greeted me shook my hand and told me if I need anything to just ask him or Patrick .great great bank and customer service ask for Zachary or the branch manger Charles
