“Today, I accompanied my husband, Conrad to the Apple Store to purchase a 24 inch Apple Mac. He wanted a new iMAC and to load his work site and email onto the computer. Four employees assisted in helping him with that task but two were relentless in ensuring that he left the store fully loaded and completely satisfied with his purchase. Those two employees at the Sagemore, New Jersey store were Tai Valentine and Justine. Special thanks for their patience and excellent customer service.”
“Pick up is usually really easy here. Most of the staff seems interested to help you but like 1 or 2 seem like they are praying you don't look their way or ask a question.”
“I did find some good items at this location, like a washer, dryer, refrigerator, and surround sound, all for a great price. The staff was extra helpful and let you test before you bought. I had a problem with the washer I bought, and the manager had it taken care of immediately. This is more of an outlet, but I feel I received better service here than at the actual store. The employees are very knowledgeable and answered any questions I threw at them. I will be returning here in the future when I start my next project.”

“I always check prices. I was looking for a toaster oven without the air fryer. They didn't have one. The person working there spent time explaining different things to my wife. This place is also great to bring your electronics for recycling. I had got a great deal on a printer around the holidays. They will generally price match if you show them a legit add from a competitor.”
