A very unpleasant experience. Trying to get a script filled for a relative just home from the hospital. Using voice cues they repeatedly got the script incorrect. Tried to call and was on hold for 45 mins and no one picked up. Finally hung up. Horrible.

They need more staff in pharmacy. Lines are always long and you tend to stand in it for a long time. Best practice is to not pick up prescriptions during the times normal humans roam about. It's a 24 hour location so late nights is best. Using the app for express script pickup is worthless as you still must wait in line.
