“I was having a rough day today. Three different associates helped me in three different areas of the store. All three were cheerful and went out of their way to help me and make me feel valued. I especially want to acknowledge Megan in women’s apparel. She went out of her way to find the exact item I was looking for. Thank you to all three!”
“I needed work pants but literally every other clothing store on the entire mall strip OTHER than Burlington were a pain to deal with for this one simple task. At the other stores in the strip mall (from Wegmans to Costco), the work pants were either hard to find in the store, had a strange/ugly design, or felt way too overpriced. Burlington was the last store on my list but I was happy to find out that they were objectively better than the other stores in every way. It shouldn't have to be this hard to find work pants from a retailer in-person, but since it is, I am rating Burlington 5 stars.”
