Horrible. Soulless. Inadequate customer service. The LO we worked with was a joke. If you're looking for a lender who specializes in FHA or VA loans go to Mortgage Solutions Financial. You'll be in better hands with MSF or frankly anyone else BUT Freedom Mortgage.

Outstanding company! Very professional and knowledgeable. They had me pre-approved for a home in a couple days. It was an amazing experience all the way through. I closed in 45 days in this crazy market. It was awesome!!
