“I'd previously worked with Annice Mac back in 2021 to refinance a house that I inherited from a deceased family member. It was a messy, complicated satiation that required a lot of patience and extra steps to pull off, but the reps I was working with at the Severn MD office were excellent. Fast forward to 2023. I lost track of my closing documents from the refinancing and I needed to find out where I could get a copy. Me knowing nothing about this, I called up the guys I'd worked with before, but was met with no response for two weeks. I paid a visit to the newly opened Annie Mac office in North Bathesda, hoping someone there could help me figure out how to get hold of the guys in Severn. Nathan, the branch manager, was quick to jump in and assist me with my issue, helping me bring things to not only a swift, but a satisfying conclusion.
