“I don’t usually write reviews, but this time it’s warranted. I was in a few days ago to make a return (ridiculous you can’t ship back) and I was taken care of by the nicest and most patient associate I’ve ever dealt with at a retail store. Her name is Devi and she should be recognized. The system was acting funky and she had to return everything individually. She didn’t make me feel like a nuisance, instead she apologized, smiled and carried great conversation. I was returning over ten things! This woman should be a manager because she knows how to keep a level head, a good attitude, and gives exceptional customer service. Someone give this lady a raise!”
“They have good stuff but generally over priced. They also changed their return policy few years ago to one year return policy. No longer the unconditional life time guarantee! Rarely they have a good sale in the store.”

And their in house tailor is great and all alterations are perfect and done in a timely manner as with other places who's in house tailors are not very good or no attention to detail and take weeks .”

“This place is the Ross of outdoor travel gear, very hit or miss. You can find a nice shirt and pants at a great discount or nothing. I love getting just the right sized packing cubes here. There is Good selection and it varies time to time. You can find some really good deals for but you have to come and look through everything it takes quite a bit of time.
Much better looking in person then on Amazon ln though. It is quite obvious in person something just isn't going to work versus getting stuff online and having to return it.”

“This is a review for the two lovely ladies who helped me on Saturday Feb.21. I needed help finding foundation for my 40th birthday dinner party just a few hours later that same day. There was another customer in front of me, but Tatiana made sure to acknowledge me and let me know she would be right with me. When she came over, she was so patient and encouraging as I shared I don’t wear makeup daily and needed lots of help. She gave me excellent tips and recommendations, then matched me to my shade in Sephora brand “best skin ever”. It looked great in store and perfect all night long. She was genuinely so excited for me on my milestone occasion and it was so appreciated.
While this encounter occurs, I then met my second Lady (funny enough, she is also named Tatiana, with the highlighted hair) who came over and smiled at my excitement. She saw my nail designs and asked about my dress for the evening. When I showed a picture, she said she had a product she wanted to show me. She came over with Fenty diamond bomb mentioning it would look great on my skin and OMG was she 100% correct! I loved it, it gave me a beautiful shimmer all night long that was soft and elegant. Both Tatianas did a fantastic job of making me feel recognized, appreciated and celebrated on my special day. I do not typically leave reviews, but I was so impressed and grateful for both ladies advice and kindness. 5 out of 5 stars is not enough to show how pleased I was and how deeply I appreciate their help. They both gave me great advice for my exact goals. Neither of these ladies were pushy and genuinely listened to me and made recommendations on what I needed and what would be best for me. THANK YOU so much!!”

“Hmmmm...been in there many times, with bags, from shopping at other stores. Never a problem. I even ask them, can I leave this bag here, while I try these jeans on. I check out, they may ask me if I need a bag.
This time, there a chubby guy there...I came to the mall looking for dark blue winter hats for work. There was one at the Marshall's, in a three hat package with two other different colors.
I need one more dark blue hat, so I went into the Old Navy with the Marshall's bag. Theres a blue hat. I take it to the register with this guy. Sit the Marshall's bag on the counter.
After I pay for the hat, he grabs it, and sticks it down in the Marshall's bag, as he looks deep down in it...you know why he did that, right ?...he swore I had stolen some hats ?...all he saw was three hats clamped together, with a Marshall's logo ?
Just that one weirdo, never had an issue there, staff is great!”

“They have a great Selection of casual and formal wear for all occasions. I always find quality clothing and brands you don’t find at the average department. Stores. Recently purchases an Amazing sport coat and the dress pants that were super comfortable, the in-house tailor makes sure everything had an impeccable fit. “Wow their customer service is fantastic! We had a shirt get delivered to the wrong house. I was panicked because I had already paid for it. I called the customer service line and by the grace of his, I got a guy named Terrance. I have never had a more genuine and happy to help person than this man! We had some great talks about life stuff and well as him successfully and genuine help and concern for the situation. Higher ups need to give him a raise because that man was amazing and I could see us being friends outside of this escapade ? if you need help with anything ask for Terrance ask for him because he was such a joy and so helpful!
