    I would give less than 1 star if possible. I was with Mr. Copper and they sold my loan to Newez. This lender is HORRIBLE to say the least! The website is useless and calling them is even a bigger joke! Half the time the website is down, and when you can get it getting full details on your account is not available.

    Terrible. They failed to make our property tax payment out of our escrow and refused to reimburse us for the penalties accrued due to their lack of competence. Stay away!
