I tried to get medicine for my parrot, I had spoken with the pharmacy, when I was told the price. I was SHOCKED, then I was told what Shipping costs were. I was going to look up other pharmacies. I had found a pharmacy, that was able to get the medicine from, at less than half the price. My advice is that you need to look around for other pharmacies to get a better price. Their out there.

Thankfully our kitten is recovering from FIP from this medication. However, their customer service was ridiculous. It was obviously an overseas call center, which wouldn’t be a big deal if it was professional. I speak with overseas professionals regularly in my line of work and while there can be a language barrier, trying to place this order was another level. The representative could not get ANY of the information right. We went over my card number, address, etc. over and over. It was loud there. She laughed at the name of my street and was unable to clearly explain the shipping process. It was such a bizarre conversation. I felt extremely doubtful that the medication would arrive the next day. Thankfully, somehow it did, but only because I repeatedly asked her to make sure my information was correct and made sure I had the order email before we got off the call (she had mistyped that as well). Don’t ask people to place orders for life saving medications that are hundreds of dollars and to provide our personal financial information when this is how your customer service is run. This is too important to not get it right. If we need another fill, I may have to switch to another pharmacy recommended by the cat rescue owner.

Edit: I’m adding 2 stars because my cat actually willingly ate the pill that I have to give her for 84 days and we all know how picky cats are. That’s worth a couple stars.
I ordered my cat’s medication and I paid for next day air which was the most expensive option but it would mean that I would get my cats medicine early in the day which mattered to me. When I got the email from UPS, it indicated that it had only been shipped next day air saver, which means it arrives later in the day. I called them to ask for a refund since I had not received the shipping option that I had paid for. The woman I spoke to was unhelpful and would not refund me the difference in price. Instead, she told me I had to contact UPS. Horrible customer service.

My kitten was diagnosed with FIP, and the hospital advised us that they would have the pharmacy contact us to get the medication paid for and they would have it shipped directly to the hospital. The pharmacy then asked us if we wanted it overnighted or regular shipping. We were not aware that the pharmacy had been TOLD to have it overnighted - so we had no idea that the hospital was WAITING for this medication, and we (sadly) did not ask them to overnight it because we were under the impression that this was the medication WE would be giving our kitten after he was discharged. It wasn't until after it was shipped that I tried to ask them why they would not tell us to overnight it when THEY knew the hospital was waiting on it. We had no idea this was the case. We paid over $550 for this medication on a Thurs morning before noon - and on Fri afternoon, I found out that it wasn't even supposed to arrive until Mon. We were told that he would not make it until then - and I had to beg UPS to try to get it there Sat morning. Which UPS did. UPS also told us that this pharmacy COULD modify the shipping and change it to overnight, but multiple people at the pharmacy claimed that they could not and claimed UPS was wrong. Although multiple UPS staff members claimed that this WAS something that the pharmacy could modify if they logged into their system and updated the shipping information. The pharmacy staff was awful, though, and I had no idea they were TOLD it was necessary to overnight it - that note is IN my kitten's medical records, which we obtained after his passing. And the medication did NOT get there until after he passed. I paid over $500 for this pharmacy to waste the medication because they didn't do what the actual hospital told them to do. I'm sure they help a lot of people since this medication is rare - but their staff needs to get their sh!t together and if the hospital tells them to overnight it, then DO IT and don't ask the owners when they're not the hospital and have no idea what they need. Rest in Peace Bear - we miss you so much and are absolutely devastated by your loss.

Horrible place to deal with for pet meds. I understand companies are offloading business but at least do it to a country where we can understand the person we are trying to communicate with. After 3 days and 7 phone calls later hopefully we are getting our pets medications.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! Extremely over priced. They do not accept returns or cancel the order after placed. My cat has FIP and the vet sent the prescription to here. They are charging $500 for the medicine when I found it online for $95 (same size, dose and drug). Pricing gauging at its finest and taking advantage of vulnerable pet owners. Once order is placed no help. Customer service said I can donate the $500 medicine to my local shelter since it can’t be returned.

I wish i could give this pharmacy ZERO stars because they didn't rush one of two my bengal kittens' med to us. I had to rush the same kitten to the ER and they admit her up to 48 hrs for observation with oxygen. You all are jokes and don't care about our furry babies. I had to be forced to pay for up to 75% of the lowest price that they gave us.

I don't know why they have all these good reviews my experience has been awful! My dog is on an immune suppression medication. The person who took my order said it would take 3-5 days to arrive. Guess what it will not arrive until Friday which is 9 days total since I ordered it. My pet will be out of meds in 3 days and it is life or death for her to have this medicine. I paid $200 for a compound med I could have gotten on chewy for $ 75 dollars !!!! They mailed it the slowest cheapest even after we told them we will be out of meds in 5 days. We were assured it would be here. Rip off liars!!! Will never ever order from here again. Now I have to scramble to get four days of medication for my little girl. Go elsewhere if you can. Unbelievable..

I don't understand where all the good reviews are coming from. This pharmacy is highly over-rated, expensive, and the customer service people are very rude. Shipping is outrageous. If you need medication right away, you have to pay for their expedited service, or else they will let it sit in their building for weeks. Keep checking Chewy for your pets' meds (we did) - much better experience!

It was difficult understanding my voice mail that was left on my phone. A foreign voice and spoke fast. I had to play message over 4 times to get the phone number written down. When calling back to place my order, same thing that I kept having to ask them to repeat what they were saying. Other than the language barrier, the product came quickly and in good packaging. Thank you!

Stokes pharmacy is the only choice we have for eye meds for our dog. The meds must be delivered timely and refrigerated. Stokes regularly delivers the meds late and ruined with lack of refrigeration. They are horribly unresponsive to us as client and only slightly more responsive to our specialty vet. We would stop using them if we possibly could, but we can’t. So can only hope they get their quality and customer service upgraded eventually.

They did not call me within 24 hours after my vet appointment. I had to call them to confirm my prescription. They are very expensive. I am going to try to go through Chewy when I need a refill.

The pharmacist are very rude. This was our first time using them and it was one of the worst experiences I have had on a phone call with someone. They have bad attitudes and when I asked a few questions she just huffed an acted like she didnt want to answer my questions. First and LAST time using this place.
