Would give 0 stars if I could … so i decided to get a Completely new phone/Carrier so i went on Verizon’s website they had a deal for iPhone 16 plus when switching to Verizon… i completely signed up placed my order got to this store and all of sudden they needed MORE identification of myself when they already had my ID , SOCIAL, and selfie… all because i moved and my id adress didn’t match my billing adress … soo long story short they were very unhelpful to resolve this issue , I got thier a hr before closing cause I HAD A ORDER N SERVICE ONLINE JUST TO PICK UP so i could get my phone and go on with my day… and they just kept walking away , didn’t bother to call customer service to resolve it with me NOTHING not bothering to help in anyway … making me wait for a email to confirm myself AGAIN cause Verizon wanted my registration, utility bill or a mortgage bill to prove my mailing adress in order to get my phone … WTF???? What phone company ask for that?? so after a hour of NOTHING they closed I left pissed, canceled my order n got my money back, went to another Verizon next day and all of a sudden now they flagged me saying I was fraudulently using MY OWN IDENTIFICATION and couldn’t get the service now I had to get prepaid …. I asked if I could use my own phone “owned and unlocked” iPhone pro max 13 he said yes then tells me it’s locked …. LMAOO I go to T Mobile , they approved me instantly for the new phone , then I asked about using my phone there as well…. They said yup your phone IS UNLOCKED WHICH I KNEW ALREADY CAUSE I HAD PAID IT OFF 2 YEARS AGO, got a new SIM boom had a new phone server n got a contract plan unlimited 5g everything $50 a month, I was done n out the door paid only $10 bucks for a new SIM n service was instantly activated on my original phone by them with honesty and great service NEVER AGAIN WILL I TRY VERIZON, T Mobile is waaaay better

Horrible customer service. Manager is extremely rude and sets the tone. Will not be going back to this location and will be looking to change plans. Customer service is highly undervalued.

Ok so me and my family bought 4 new phones when we called verizon on the phone before we got to the store and paid a big down-payment on the phones before we got to this store to pick them up! And the guy we talked to on the phone set it all up for us..so we drove here and i walked in..and the worker handed me the bag of our phones and that was it!!! Just walked into the back employee part of the store and never said one word to me at all!! So I'm literally standing there trying to figure out what to do??? How to get our new phones activated and all??? So i found the manager and asked him for help and all he said was there's a $30 charge for each phone to help activate it?! And he walks away to! Not another word or one second of help from him at all either! So I'm standing there turning 4 different phones on trying to figure everything out by myself because this place is totally horrible ridiculous for help!!! So after like 30 minutes one employee not sure of his name was nice enough to sit down with us and at least help us!!! All the other employees or whatever you wanna call them??? Useless were just standing there talking and playing on their phones during all this!!! So finally after 3 hours i finally finished all the phones! We will never ever come here again or to any verizon store ever again! They just grab their money and that's it! We'll be going to t-mobile soon! If i could do a 0 star review i would! And also they never gave us our right trade in amount either! The whole company is a total ripoff bunch of liar scammers

The entire experience from start to finish was like pulling teeth. The only person at the store who was helpful was the manager. They sold me a broken phone and was told I would need to pay $50 to get it replaced. Avoid this location at all cost, I had to contact customer support to get my phone replace. The first person I talked to knew none of the polices and wasted 2 hours of my time just to find out he was able to help from the manager and had lied to me. Over all the worst phone transfer experience ever use any other Verizon store if you want Verizon or only work with the one manager.

Shay is the best team member there. Ask for him and he will be great to work with as you select your Verizon product. The other associates are.... Ok...they are not that enthusiastic to work with customers, they cluster and discuss employment and scheduling issues in front of customers.

I went to this store Nov 1, 2024 to update my smartwatch and possibly a new iPhone. I was met by someone who had no name tag and did not introduce himself. He had a V on his shirt. We talked a few minutes and said he can get me a series 10 watch for $5.00 a month if I get an iPhone 16. He went to walk near the back door, spoke to 2 other employees for about 5 mins I guess talking about what I wanted. That was shady. He came back to me and said he will print up a quote. I told him that I want to physically see the watch so I saw the one on display I wanted. He said he will be right back as he went to the back room. 15 mins later still back there so I walked out. Doesn’t take that long to figure out a cost. I felt I was about to be scammed. Seemed very shady. I am filing a complaint with corporate and this store is supposed to be a corporate store. Something does not make sense. Red flags came up during this visit. Very disappointed in the way I was treated. I notified Verizon corporate and they were very unhappy the way I was treated. A employee was on her cellphone by the door as I left did not even say what happened or goodbye. This location needs new staff. I read an article today that some Verizon locations I’m not saying this was one of them, employees are putting refurbished phones into new iPhone boxes and some screens were cracked and they are blaming the customers keys. Make sure they open the box in front of you. A new box should have plastic around it and the pull tabs to open the box should be intact and not missing or torn!

Horrible. After spending more than 4 hours on the phone with a tech support person not being able to get the problem resolved, she scheduled me an appointment at this location to get some additional in preson help that she thought would resolve my issue, which was just to transfer my text messages from my old phone to my new phone. Simple, right? Nope! So I go in and tried to get explain my situation and was told that I had to pay a $30 fee to get help ( just to transfer text messages NOT ALL MYMOTHER DATA WHICH I SWITCHED OVER MYSELF! I tried to explain that the tech person at the store, but he insisted that I had to pay the $30 even after spending 4 hours of my time o the phone with a tech person who could not transfer my text messages. I evwn asked if I could see the manager and was told that the manager was not going to do anything so it wouldn't help to even speak to that person. Yep, I was even denied to speak to the manager. So I paid the $30 fee thinking this tech person was going to do something different or at least try alternative ways to do the transfer. Nope, this tech person (in store) did the same exact thing that that the person on the phone tried to do and was unsuccessful. So I walked out paying $30 and not even having my problem resolved, $30 for nothing. After more than 25 years as a Verizon customer, I'M DONE! They obviously do not value their customers. They will say they do, but they really don't. Avoid this store at all costs. They know nothing more than the help that you can get from free over the phone. Better yet,, I suggest to avoid Verizon all together. Get another carrier. I'm working on switching and have already gotten a better offer with more data usage from Mint Mobile for 1/4 the price that I am currently paying Verizon! Don't let this company rip you off and treat you like crap.

I went to Verizon store today after purchasing iPhone 16 pro max to turn in my two iphone 13 pro for 1000 credit. My bill already reflected the credit. When the employee said everything is taken care of and he took both my phones, I was redirected to another employee as I was questioning the sudden increase in bill from 120 to 220 . She said changes are not made yet and you need to wait for the next bill. I come home again to realize my trade in for the 2 phones have been canceled......
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Now I need to waste my time again to go to the store to find out what is going on....
Do not recommend this company store

I don’t write reviews- extremely poor customer service in this location. Walked in with a broken phone that would not turn on. I paid for a new iPhone and the guy hands me the new phone in the box and proceeds to walk away like the transaction is over. I asked if he could help me set up the phone to at least get it on before I got back on the road and he said to “go to the Apple Store at Sagemore.” That since my previous phone was broken he couldn’t back it up, understood but I just wanted to get the phone turned on. He said to follow the prompts and walked away. I stayed seated following the prompts and it kept asking for a code it was sending to the previous device (which doesn’t work). I had to walk over to the man numerous times and he was able to trouble shoot. I’ve upgraded a dozen times over the years and never had an employee hand me the box and walk off. Extremely rude, no one else was in the store and 3 employees sitting around talking in the corner.
