In regards to balloons. I ordered for pickup between 9-11am. I arrived a little before 10:30 and they hadn't started blowing them up. They only had one person up front filling balloons and checking people out and she had to finish filling up another order before starting mine. They eventually brought someone else up to help and the balloons were ready a little after 11. And then 5 balloons popped while getting them out to the car because they were over filled and it was a hot day (air expands in heat).

I’ve returned before from SHEIN in the UPS service inside this Michael’s. I come back after a year to make another return as it was so convenient before, now the manager tells me they don’t read QR codes. Very disappointing.

The store is clean and well laid out. It had many sale opportunities and clearance items, as well. However, I do think that it's time to put the Christmas clearance items to rest by the month of March.
I went the store in search of a particular craft item for Easter and was disapointed at the limited selection, and was unable to find a small, unpainted claylike decoration for my granddaughter to paint. She had liked a rather large bunny which I had purchased there for myself to do, but that was too large for a 4 yr. old to do.

No help at all. I asked for help with canvas but nobody come and help me. I had to pull the canvas myself which was on the top shelf. Terrible customer service in Flanders NJ.

It’s a shame that this is probably the most stocked Michael’s in the area because the staff they had on register was extremely rude on 3/18/24 at 11:30a. First of all, when someone displays their phone for any barcode, you aren’t to just take it from them. The scanner is on a cord for a reason, pick it up.
Secondly, don’t you DARE slap my hand away from MY device that you took from me. The fact that your barcode scanners cannot scan a barcode with a tiny little sliver not showing is not my problem. Especially since it wasn’t like that before YOU touched my phone. Do not touch my screen, you have no rights to be touching anything on my phone; let alone be handling it.
