“I would like to start off by saying that Automotive Magic is the best mechanic shop I ever been to, they took care of my baby like it was a Lamborghini. That has been my problem with other mechanics they never diagnosed my car like they wanted to fix the problems afterwards. I would have never known my car had all these problems with any other place. My 2018 Ford Transit vans tranmission was on its way out after barely surpassing 100,000 miles which I was really disappointed at, If I can give Ford 1 star, I had other ford's and they were well past 100k miles without significant issues.I called and spoke w Brian the owner and mechanic, he told me drop it off and so he can diagnose the vehicle. I dropped it off following day and he diagnosed it very quickly and was able to give me pricing.
