He in turn put us in the hands of Vic who is a certified window treatment installer and executes his craft seriously and with care. Mike and the wonderful woman who initially helped me at Capitol Lighting in New Jersey went above and beyond to locate a discontinued chandelier I had been searching everywhere for. They actually searched their basement and attic until they found one, made sure it had all the parts and was in excellent condition, and arranged to have it shipped to me.
Less than five days—and just as many states—later, I had the chandelier in my hands! I truly appreciate the extra effort and personal service. It’s rare to find people willing to go this far for a customer. Thank you both for making what seemed like an impossible search a success!”
“I am having difficulty adjusting the firmness of my bed. My app gave me a number to call for assistance. The Number connected me with my local store in East Hanover, New Jersey. James answered and explained that he’s a sales person, but would help me as much as he could. He was terrific. He worked with me for over 45 minutes trying different things . Unfortunately, nothing worked. He finally sent me a number for Customer Service. That number is different from the Customer Service number I had been given previously so I now have two ways to try and get more help. James, it’s a very pleasant and hard-working employee.”

“what a splendid visit we had! We came on a weekday so it really wasnt so busy. The place is huuuuge so we spent a good amount of time there and enjoyed every minute lol the plants are really well taken care of and so beautiful! they also have "rare" tropical plants there such as their variegated monsteras which were all so pretty! anyway, We visited before thanksgiving and there were already christmas decors. We loved the holiday vibes and took so many pictures. Honestly every corner is a photo spot! it was that pretty! the staff were very pleasant as well which i appreciated! aside from plants they have gift items, home decors or holiday things. the even have pretty peacocks and a curious hen the day we visited lol so cute! Now if they only had an espresso/coffee shop this would be even more perfect! lol”

“I had a great experience at the Container Store in Livingston this past weekend. I made several purchases totaling about $700, and there was a bit of a misunderstanding with a coupon, so I went back in to sort it out.
I’m really glad I did because I got to work with Christina, the manager. She was awesome. The store was super busy and she was clearly hustling, but still took the time to help me and make sure everything got resolved. She was so pleasant, easy to talk to, and just has a great personality.
She turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a really positive experience, and I genuinely appreciated it. That level of customer service is rare.

“What a find this place is! The Brass Shop has been in business for over 50 years and that was a good omen. We needed to have an old bell jar lamp rewired and cleaned up. It was done within a few days. Frank, the owner, was great to work with and very helpful in having us video how to reassemble our pendant. And, the price was a quarter of what a store in Summit was going to charge for the same work...with no attitude.”

“Christoffers exceeded very high expectations for the flowers for our loved one’s memorial. The arrangements were meant to reflect a natural, garden-inspired aesthetic and incorporated lilacs from her son’s personal garden,one of her favorite flowers. The family requested that the lilacs be included in both the floral vases and the cremains arrangement.
Upon entering the room, everyone was overwhelmed by the beauty of the flowers. Every arrangement was thoughtfully designed. It perfectly honored a wonderful woman who brought so much joy and beauty to those around her, both inside and out.
The flowers were perfect in every way. We were moved to tears and cannot thank Thomas and the team at Christoffers enough for their artistry, compassion, and incredible attention to detail. Thank you.”
