Thomas for the win! This is the 2nd time he has helped me in the past year. He is super patient and kind. I had issues receiving picture and video messages. After 10 mins he fixed it then showed me how to do it in case of the phone starts glitching again. Appreciate all of your help Thomas!!

I went to the Westville location and Alex helped me out with getting a new phone. He was amazing an excellent employee. Very helpful, patient and kind. Metro is lucky to have him.
