Only reason for 4 out of 5 stars, it's not a one stop shop and they don't always have what I need. But the prices can't be beat.”

“This is a well-stocked store. During my recent visit I perused the aisles and shelves and a staff member followed me around pretending to arrange the shelves, perhaps suspecting me of shoplifting? They shooed me out of the store. Again, it's a well-stocked store and you can find anything at all there.”

“Stopped by today to get some help with a 100 year old lock that was no longer working. I didn’t want to replace the historic lock; just try to fix it. The guy there was extremely helpful. Parking was easy. Free street parking. Parked right in front of the store. Please stop by this local store to receive friendly helpful one on one help before visiting the big box stores. I’m glad I did.”

“I had an online order that was shipped to my house at first was giving the customer desk associates some difficulty when I went to return some of my order. I had purchased too many baseboard diffusers. I appreciated Gena, Evan, and Pat for helping straighten things out. They kept trying until they were able to help me and my husband out. We are in the middle of a renovation and these small helpful moments means a lot when you are going through something complicated. Pat was also there when Marcie helped me recover a missing tile from another purchases for a pickup order a couple days earlier. These associates I look forward to seeing next time I am in Lowe's.”

Forgot to get his name unfortunately.The tool I was looking was not available according to their inventory. He then told me what other Home Depots had the tool. “Terrific Home Depot!! Very organized and clean, found everything I needed, although getting help requires a few minutes. One of the best Home Depot's I've seen. Extremely efficient curbside pick up process with clear signs. I visited during the coronavirus pandemic. Also the queue for checking out was great compared to other stores. Clean and well lit, fully stocked. As usual it's tricky finding help. Especially when a few are talking together and laughing about something as I watch. Nonetheless the best Home Depot in the area and one of the best I've seen. Highly recommended if choosing between Home Depot's. It's also better than the local Lowe's too by the way. .”

“So this is my 2nd time buying an appliance from this location and both are 5 star experiences! Last year, the 15+ yrAmana fridge ($2600) stopped working properly where we had to call our home warranty company. They couldn't fix it so they offered us their replacement which had much less features than mine did so then they offered a check $$ to put towards what we wanted to buy. We had first went to the Lowe's in Turnersville to find something. They were kids, had no knowledge of features and then wouldn't price match to what I found on line. So, went to this Deptford location. Got the model I wanted for the price I wanted without argument and they were very nice & knowloof their products. So, the my 12 year old Kenmore Elite frond load washer 3t (the washer & dryer with pedestals were $3300) started banging horribly in the last cycle, called the home warranty company to find the drum went. So, again after arguing with the warranty people, got a check to go towards what I wanted to purchase. This time, went directly to this Lowe' On 3/13/19. We met "Rich" who was extremely knowledgeable, was so honest as well, and we purchased a Whirlpool 4.5 capacity steam washer with the load n go plus bells n whistles! It's in & I love it!!! I highly recommend this Deptford Lowe's!!! 5 stars!!!”
