“As I was trying put my kitchen remodel project in motion It appeared that I may have been taking on a little more than I could handle and I began to feel the pressure but thanks to Cindy and Grace in the kitchen department they stayed by my side assisting me in every way which took a lot of the pressure off of me making it a lot easier for me to continue on until everything was completed I owe them everything thank you very much I couldn't have done it without you and a special thanks to Liv in flooring to say it all they all made my life just a little bit easier that day and for that I am forever grateful”

Just went to Harbor Freight in Deptford again to pick up a propane heater. After browsing the entire store looking for the heater, I made my way toward the cashier and there in front of the registers was a pile of different heaters including the one I was looking for. Dumb me it us winter season WHT wouldn't they have thr heaters up front? Why I didn't look there 1st is beyond me. Brain fart..lol. in and out in 10 mins including walking through the entire store. I live this place wish there was one closer to me.”
“Great little local hardware store. This is what I remember when I a kid, was going with my father to the hardware, it was exactly like Woodbury Hardware. A small store with a few isles, that had everything and anything you needed to fix this or build that. Family owned, knowledgeable, and very friendly. You don't have to buy a box of screws and nuts you don't need, just what you need. And, they fix screens! Nobody does that anymore. I try to support them whenever I can.”

They in fact were able to supply me the part I needed on the coldest night of the year to get my heater going again! I am from the area but since I found this business, I plan to keep them in mind for my future needs.”

“I wanted something to protect cabinet doors from being dented by hitting the corners of the range hood. I bought a sheet of 75 small bumpers directly from Bumper Specialties. They were shipped quickly, inexpensive, and work perfectly. Easy to apply to the edges of the range hood, and unobtrusive. Yes, I needed only two, but now I have 73 spares if these wear out!”

“Good evening Google Family. I visited to return the moth balls that I had purchased previously from another Home Depot location. I decided to take the mothballs back because I purchased them for a cat. I decided that I do not wish to kill the cat, only to keep the feline from vacationing in my backyard. I thought to myself, she might eat the mothball and die on my property, then I would have to dispose of a dead cat. I could not live that down and I do not wish to be labelled a killer of cats. So I returned the moth balls unopened to the place where I purchased them. The transaction was quick. I asked when I arrived where I could return something. Two nice gentlemen customers told me where to go and I went. The young lady associate who assisted me was very nice. I asked where the rest rooms were and she directed me. Very nice and clean. A great shopping experience today, I would certainly come back again and recommend any and all to shop here. “It is utmost convenient but also very spacious. You'll probably do a whole mile walk in here. They have an endless amount of options for everything you need. I know I've used this to do a lot of DIY work around my house and it's been very seamless getting tools, supplies, even the right size bolt or nail. It's very seamless and the customer service is on point. Everybody is very understanding and very quick.”

“THERE IS ONLY ONE REASON THIS REVIEW HAS 5 STARS! That reason is Tonya. We went through a lot with the delivery of a GE washer and dryer. Technically, it wasn't Home Depot's fault; it was GE's delivery service. BUT! With that being said, I bought the washer and dryer from Home Depot, so it was their job to make it right. After three attempts, Tonya got it done! Thank you! You are a model employee of Home Depot!!”
“Came into this Establishment Monday afternoon to get assistance with a part that went bad in our shower. A shower cartridge that all the Big box stores were NO help with!!! I never got the guys name but he was super helpful helping me find the part online & come to find out its under warranty!!!!! I was there with my wife when the Dewalt sales rep came in. Will be using them again for all future plumbing repair parts!!!!!

Not only was there a line and he was working alone, but to my amazement he did not rush and took his time answering questions I had on behalf of my nephew who is starting a new welding school. He utilized any and all sources including the internet to answer my questions, as well as called a colleague of his to further assist. This is what good customer service looks like!
