I asked the lady associate who was working in the front. She went and found the one pair of blue light glasses for me. Now thats customer service. The lady associate's name was Dina. She was most pleasant and we had a wonderful discussion. I gave her my business card and we talked about Google and how I was going to give her a Shout Out on Google. This Five Below is located in the Cross Keys Shopping center. What a big place!!! I enjoyed my experience here today. Plenty of parking here in this huge parking lot. “This marks my inaugural visit to an Ollie’s, and I must say, it’s quite an impressive store! It’s definitely a spot where you can discover some fantastic bargains. Within these walls, there exists a well-stocked section dedicated to automotive accessories and cleaning supplies, along with a substantial range of household goods, furniture, shelves, chairs, and the like. Additionally, there’s an abundance of seasonal items that caught my eye. I’ll certainly make it a point to explore one of the locations that's closer to my home. Although this particular store is somewhat out of our way, we were fortunate enough to find some books and a selection of toiletries at remarkable prices.”

“Lot has changed quite a bit in the retail industry over the last five years! While it’s always evolving, I think it’s safe to say that things shifted a lot since Covid. Five Below, if I'm not mistaken, used to focus on items priced at five dollars or less, but now you can find everything from super low prices to items that go up to $10-$15. They've managed to keep people engaged by offering a little bit of everything—from essentials like toiletries (think shampoo and shaving cream) to seasonal clothing, school supplies, and office supplies. They even have a small electronics section featuring accessories like tons of cables, earbuds, headphones, and phone cases.

There’s also a section for fitness gear and a toy aisle. I can’t recall everything they have, but you can really find just about anything there, including some snacks and drinks—though it’s not a full grocery store, just some convenient items for when you’re in need. The store itself is bright and cheerful, which I really appreciate, and shopping there is a breeze. The aisles are spacious and easy to navigate, and prices are clearly displayed. I particularly like that they offer samples of colognes and perfumes in certain areas, which makes for a fun discovery experience.

If you’re looking for a quick accessory for your phone at a fair price, it’s definitely worth stopping by, especially since the quality is better than what you'd find at some cheaper stores. The checkout process was pretty swift, even with just one cashier. I couldn’t resist picking up a box of cologne for just five bucks! I’m not usually into colognes, but hey, it was a deal! Oh, and they have some really good books and a few healthier snack options mixed in among the typical everyday treats. There are definitely a few items here that caught my eye!”

“The hands down best place for sports, and Pokémon cards. OMG- I was blown away. No more going to Target only to find out they were out of everything. These guys have brand new boxes not only from the present, but going back years. A plethora of choices. I’m into Sports Cards and my daughters into Pokemon and this is a great place to bond as they encourage people to sit down in one of their comfortable chairs or couches and just browse through cards trade or just talk. Not to mention a ton of other cool stuff that you expect to finding dollar stores but they specialize in party favors like balloons, etc. they just started doing once a month a Sports Card night and a Pokemon night where you can come bring your cards, trade with other like-minded individuals and they have raffles and giveaways. They supply snacks bottled water. It’s incredible. This is the best store ever.

“Oh my gosh, a humongous shout out to SHADOW VANESSA ASHLEY, BONNIE!!!!!! I’m disabled and so are my two sons! This was the most magnificent experience at a Five Below even at a store in general !!!! The customer service is on another level. Shadow was so empathetic and compassionate for my sons. He even played with them with the toys in the store a little bit. Genuine people are still out there, they are just at the five below.
The team is amazing Ashely is always a pleasure, VANESSA gave her own for my son. They work so hard and she said “ next time I can get one no worries” it was absolute selflessness.
This crew deserves big pat on the back from the higher ups. Please acknowledge your tremendous staff not every store is like this. I have been too many. Although they have all been nice this by far is my favorite store even before today it’s my favorite five and below. Bonnie was polite at the register nd gave good direction on the rules per purchase for the squishy toys. I know they’re exhausted from all the traffic for all the squishy toys and still had such a smile on their faces. Shadow I absolutely need you all to make him a district manager. This guy is amazing. You don’t understand.

Also I bought 2 Hefty gallon bags, the plastic kind that come with about 5 or 6 individuals inside. This location is huge and it has everything. I will definitely come to this location to shop again. Good evening Google Family. I visited today since I enjoy coming here on Thursday, March 19th. They always have everything that I need. It is a nice, large store and that is why they always have everything. I loved that they had the Doritos snack bags, the Nacho cheese flavor for $2.50. I am not crazy about paying $2.50 for them but I do. Since the dollar tree is not a dollar anymore, I am clueless as to why they don't change the name to Dollar Plus. Everything in the store is now $1.25, $1.50 or $1.75. or $5.00. Most of the Dollar tree stores do not carry the nacho cheese Doritos, they have the ranch or the spicy hot, never the nacho cheese. So it is always a treat for me to find them at a dollar tree. I am purchasing them for my movie tomorrow so that I can have snacks since the movie theater food is ridiculously overpriced. The Dollar Tree associate name was Miss Leslie and she was polite. My total was $25.26 and I paid by cash. I had a good experience here today. “When I lived in the neighborhood, this store was one of my favorite hangouts. They had everything, including cute handbags and clothing that was original yet inexpensive. They had a backroom that featured a variety of creative and abstract 8'x10' rugs. She picked out the cutest outfits that were cheap yet stylish. It was a one-stop shop for all, and they knew everyone from the neighborhood. I often say that I am going back to visit. I need to!”

“So for all of you that have never been to Philly before parking is crazy. It's better to walk. Other than not having parking spaces to park your vehicle. The store was very big. It had a lot of items to choose from things that I've never seen in my home state. If I was ever in Philly I would definitely go back to this five and below.”

“OK, so throughout my days I have been to 16 different dollar trees and yes I’ve been counting but I feel like this one out of the other one deserves about four out of 5 stars . To start with: dollar tree you’re selling things that are not a dollar no I’m not talking about the 1.25 nonsense I’ll get to that later but I’m talking about the sections where they sell stuff that is five and $10. What’s the point of calling your store a Dollar tree if everything is not a dollar. Also, you know those little posters in the store I would assume that they’re a dollar cause you know it’s a dollar tree everything supposed to be a dollar but anyways I thought it was supposed to be a dollar so I got one that I liked and when I went to check out, I saw that it was five dollars. I understand that this might be my fault because I didn’t read the price tag but still. And the next thing is why on earth is it $1.25? Now I get that it might just be inflation but then you need to change the name to $1.25 store cause then you just lying to us folks who just wanna buy some stuff for a dollar and don’t want the extra change. The good part of the dollar tree is that, man, they have got everything there honestly when it comes from conditioner to slippers to cards to honestly whatever you can think of, they have it. They even have food like ice cream! But my concern is that there was lack of security. Not so much for my safety, but for the Dollar tree. I’ve got to be honest. They keep little containers of stuff they’re currently selling outside of their store just in the open. Whether it’s wind or a little toddler who wants to get a new toy and don’t wanna ask their mama for it, anything could take those away real easy. I mean, honestly I could just run up snatch it and leave. Nobody’s gonna be there to stop me because the workers inside are too busy dealing with the customers. Another thing to add is how most of the items are unfortunately low quality. Recently I purchased a bag of puffy little chip thingies and let me tell you they were basically stale. Another time I came there and I bought a bag of marshmallows just to check the expiration date and see that it was two months ago. I don’t think you can expect much more from a dollar tree, but just come on. Another example of things being low quality is yesterday when I also bought me some water guns and they did not work. I bought four water guns and when I tell you only one of them worked properly. Two of them were missing a stopper and only shot water out of one of the holes. The other one the little handle part just completely snapped after five minutes of use in a pool. This is probably because they do only cost a dollar each, but I was expecting a little bit better. That’s it”

“Not the biggest Dollar Tree in the area, but still a respectable store. Since the revamp, they carry better quality items, and more of them. Its an excellent Holiday and Party supply store. Very decent food, and Arts & Craft sections as well.”

“Good evening Family. I visited for the first time this location to purchase pool noodles. I wanted them so that I could cut them for my plasma experience. I use them for pumping the blood so that the process goes quicker along with swinging my legs. It makes for a seamless experience. I had a Good experience here today. Was pleasantly surprised that the pool noodles were only $1.06. I thought they were $5.00 since it is Five Below, but I get it now, prices are $5.00 and Below $5.00. Also a nice gentleman customer held the open door for me. I thought that was super nice. Have a good night, be active and mobile, especially for people over 50 years.”

“Lots to choose from...lots of sales! As of may 2022 the store is looking better and better as far as full shelves and stock out to see vs other stores. Prior they seemed to be 2 weeks off others displays and often we are told it's there they just haven't had time to stock on the shelves. THE DOLLAR AISLE IS ALWAYS GREAT AT THIS LOCATION!! but remember based on sizes sometimes full priced full sizes work out better cost wise!! But as dollar 25 tree ups $$$ dolla grnerals $1 aisle remains!! Thanks for that! At this store sadly the aisle for home decor, faux flowers, wall decor is barely stocked...used to have alot of country /farmhouse primitive items but the shelves look very messy and bare in that aisle and often you cant shop that row or the toy/as seen on tv aisles because they bring the truck pallets on and block the shelves for several days. If you are lucky you get 2 maybe 3 days to shop until the n ed ct truck comes in and it starts all over!! Lol I often find myself cleaning up there seasonal and holiday sh ces that not all look like a bomb hit yhem... Halloween I was there over an hour hanging things back up and basically planogramming the sidle for them but funny thing was going back in a few times that week and seeing that items stopped dropping and breaking and people started BUYING UP THE ITEMS LOL!! Prior it was just a mess no one wanted to sort thru to shop! Lol. BUT LATELY THAT SEEMS TO BE BETTER....NEW STAFF? NOT SURE? BUt this is always one of my "go to" regular dollar general stops! Wish they had a bigger clothes sele tion like some other stores but they cant help limited space issues! I recommend Gibbstown or Bellmawr for expanded aisles if you need more shopping after hitting this one!!! :-)”

“This place is great .Plenty room to move around. Plenty parking . The place is clean neat and organized. Tables floors and counter tops all disinfected. Bathrooms clean as well.
The service was exceptional the staff was on point and courteous . The help was awesome . No issues no hassle no worries smooth operations at this location. My experience was top tear here. We went in got what we needed and was out the door in mins”
