Extremely busy lab but the staff there couldn’t have been nicer or friendlier

I had a great experience. I’m surprised they had such a bad reputation. The front desk woman, blonde was as efficient as a drill sergeant and very kind, warm and friendly. They texted me to come in right at my appointment time with no extra waiting.
