He was unhurried, careful and focused, compassionate about accommodating my broken wrist, and personable. “Contrary to the many negative reviews here, mine was a good experience. Nobody likes taking exams. The staff that checked me in were friendly and professional, and we had a nice little chat after I passed my exam.
The facility is clean. The computer I took my exam on worked without issue too.
My one minor complaint was the noise from the road traffic. I was seated closest to the window at it was a little load. Just something to note and it didn't really distract me. Just something to note about.”

“ALWAYS make an appointment. Go in, use the computer to put your info in, have the script ready, and it is much quicker. You are in and out. If you don't make the appointment, you'll be waiting longer. I go a lot, and the most effective way is appointment!”
“I would recommend this LabCorp office over any others in the area. Kathy, who checked me in at the desk was very personable and efficient. Ann L, the phlebotomist was very gentle and sweet. I never felt a thing! wait time was approximately 10 to 15 minutes once I checked in at the kiosk. Extremely clean environment and pleasant staff overall.”
“Amazing (good and fast) customer experience. I forgot to include a requisition form in a submitted sample and emailed the forgotten form to their info email address. In less than an hour, they confirmed receipt and are matching my emailed form with the package being UPS'd to them in the next day or so. Unlike many other companies, no run-around or dodging that is common with large near monopolies like Delta Airlines, Verizon, etc.”

“Very busy lab. Laurie at the front is fabulous and with the patience of a saint. Check in instructions are very clear, yet people still ignore the signs. Walk in's take longer but booking on line is easy. Never have had an issue with the phlebotomists.”
