Yet Red Bank will not allow more than one person to work here at a time so there are lines frequently. The mail person, Jaime, is absolutely superb in her handling of the job, professional, knowlegable and kind.”

“Angela the new post master went above and beyond when a package was received from a Boston post office. She called me right away to let me know it was my son's lost wallet. Then she had it sent directly to him. She has really cleaned up and organized the whole post office. Everything looks great. Gabby and Barbara are wonderful and so happy for Angela's leadership!”
“After having a poor customer service experience in Asbury Park (where I've had many poor experiences), I have been delighted with the service at this Wanamassa/Ocean location. I am able to get in and out much faster, and the front end workers are generally much kinder and less stressed. My most recent experience on Saturday, June 13, 2020 at 12:53pm - the gentleman who helped me get my PO Box (I wish I knew his name - he is often there and on my receipt it says Clerk 07) could not have been more pleasant. Not only is the service better here, but the same size PO Box in Asbury Park cost over $100 more per year. I will continue to bring my business here.”

“I sent an Easter box to my son in Boston Massachusetts and was told it would get there the Saturday before Easter and the latest the Monday after Easter which I was okay with….well…it never got there. In fact , we thought maybe it was stolen at his place of residence. In addition, I couldn’t track the box because I lost the receipt. I decide to call West long Branch post office to see if anything could be done. Tammy was friendly and helpful and gave me hope. She took my name and number and how much I paid in the mail postage. The next day she called me and told me Consumer Affairs was helping her locate the box…the scanners had issues reading the bar codes(the box went to MA, back to NJ and then back to MA) and she was making sure the box would make it to my son. Tammy was so friendly and went out of her way to help….and it was so appreciated!!! There should be more people out there doing customer service jobs that have a personality, work ethic and friendly disposition as she does! Today, my son got the box!!!! Thank you Tammy!!!

Plus their suggestions helped me so much.Clean and I never have to wait in a long line. “I have to give a huge shoutout to “T” and David at this UPS Store. They’re the reason I keep coming back. I’m here often for Amazon returns and shipping boxes, and no matter how busy it gets, they always handle everything with professionalism and a great attitude.
David is great at multitasking and keeping the line moving while staying friendly and patient with everyone. He’s always in great spirits, super helpful, and makes sure everything is done right. Today I had a bunch of boxes to ship, and both T and David went above and beyond to help me get everything organized and shipped out quickly. Even with a rush of customers, they handled it all effortlessly and treated everyone with kindness and respect.
You can tell they both take pride in what they do and really care about providing great service. This is hands down the best UPS Store I’ve been to - and the only one I go to too even if it’s out of the way.”

“I thought I had previously reviewed this fantastic UPS store but I must not have. I want it recognized how GREAT the customer service is in this location! The gentleman that works here makes me want to be more customer friendly at my own job - that’s how great he is! If you worked here, you could never be mad his energy is so infectious! I mean he must see a lot of tired burned out crabby faces that just want to drop something to return or ship and cross it off their list- but these gentlemen do not match your energy that uplift it! It’s really refreshing and a real pleasure to do business with these guys! If customer service is number 1, this guy needs a huge raise! I want him to come work with me!!”
