Ally from the office is truly an exceptional employee. She is always extremely helpful, and very responsive with anything ever in need. She greets everyone with a smile on her face and makes everyone feel welcomed. She’s a true pleasure to work with!

I toured The Pointe, and absolutely adored everything about this property.
Unfortunately, the one bedroom was not available and I had to move forward with a different property.
I really can't express how wonderful it has been to work with Ally! She is responsive, kind, patient and understanding.
Hoping that the owners/management of The Pointe know how truly valuable she is.
Employees like Ally are truly hard to find, I have visited quite a few properties and none have compared to the professionalism that Ally does.
If you are considering The Pointe, do it, you will not be disappointed!

The Pointe is a super nice place to live. It's well located and is a quiet and confortable place.
The complex offers a gym (opened 24/7) and swimming pool for summer (that closes late). Moreover, the team regularly proposes activities and a delicious Sunday brunch.

Moved into The Pointe two months ago. Smoothest process! Staff were responsive, kind, and helpful. The communication with staff if needed is quick and easy. Having the gym and pool amenities have been great. Love our new home !

We recently moved in to The Pointe and the staff made moving, a potentially difficult process, an incredibly easy one. Ally and Kelsey were responsive to questions and always available if we needed to view the unit. Upon moving in Kelsey was extremely helpful in reviewing all the paperwork, answering questions and conducting the walk through with me.
Since moving in, we had an issue with the dryer vent which Ally made sure was immediately handled by maintenance (within a day of advising of the issue). Following the fix, maintenance followed up days later to ensure everything was fixed which was nice to see. After finally settling in, we noticed an issue with the counter tops. Upon notifying Ally (despite my not noting it during the walkthrough), she confirmed receipt of photos and noted it so it was not held against us at a later date.
While we’ve only been here for a couple weeks, we couldn’t be happier with our experience with the property thus far, and incredibly pleased with our experiences with Ally and Kelsey.

I came in for a tour and was thoroughly impressed with the clubhouse and amenities. The floor plan with a finished basement is exceptionally spacious. The leasing staff was very responsive and I look forward to retiring here in the future!

I just toured here recently and i have to say I am astonished at how spacious and nice the units are. The office staff is very friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend The Pointe at Neptune.

I have lived at the point for about 5 years and I enjoyed it very much. The office staff is very friendly and helpful with any concerns I have. Alley, Jasmine and Venice were the best. I always felt welcomed and I enjoyed Sunday brunch, the pool and the gym. Every month we had an event at the clubhouse where I got to meet my neighbors and socialize with the staff. Pleasant community of down to earth people. Dog friendly my Lilly had lots of friends both two and four legged friends. And the point is close to my favorite place, the beach at ocean grove where I met the love of my life. That’s the reason that I am moving. The pointe at Neptune will always have a special place in my memories and in my heart. I will miss being part of this community.

I have to say I absolutely love the office staff. Everyone is so kind and always know you by name! They are incredibly kind to my 8 year old and plan fun events to kids and adults a like! Allyson helped move us in a couple years ago and has always been around to help with anything that was needed. She is so kind always has a smile on her face and is just a great person to deal with in general. Jazmine is also very helpful and kind. I also have to mention the great maintenance staff!
