“This is a satellite from Red Bank, a much larger post office and this does just as much business. Yet Red Bank will not allow more than one person to work here at a time so there are lines frequently. The mail person, Jaime, is absolutely superb in her handling of the job, professional, knowlegable and kind.”
“I wish I got her name but I came in and one of the women was sooo helpful with making sure I had all my documents for a passport and showed so much patience and made sure the process went smoothly !!! Everytime I come here to send out packages the entire team is so helpful and nice !!”
“The USPS counter person Jack Kelly is extremely helpful. Had a big project we needed to mail out. Over 100 unique packages. Jack took the time to handle everything while continuing to help other customers. Even though I was there 45 minutes I never felt rushed. He was very Professional! Thanks for his assistance!”
“I have been going here for about 2 years now when I discovered it was there. I mail out many large envelopes during tax season and I'm usually out in less that 5 minutes. The young lady who runs the office is just wonderful to deal with, very polite, courteous and accurate. Those with the negative reviews go stand in line for at least half and hour at the main Post Office in Brick and maybe then you'll be happy!”

“Angela the new post master went above and beyond when a package was received from a Boston post office. She called me right away to let me know it was my son's lost wallet. Then she had it sent directly to him. She has really cleaned up and organized the whole post office. Everything looks great. Gabby and Barbara are wonderful and so happy for Angela's leadership!”
“I needed to know how quickly I could get some Open House invitations out for my listing in Point Pleasant Beach. I called and got through to Amanda who was wonderful and told me exactly how to get them out for next day in their zip code. John at the counter and Matt, the supervisor happily accommodated me. It was so much easier than I had imagined and everyone was so helpful👔
“I drive from Freehold to Farmingdale PO. I see John (Jack) at the window most times. All of my letters or packages arrive on time. I haven't lost one yet. Plus their suggestions helped me so much.Clean and I never have to wait in a long line. “Pleasant and efficient. After confusing mix up with Amazon. I saw that I needed to go to Asbury Park post office to pick up our packages. When I saw the reviews I was preparing myself for the worst. It was anything but that. The woman that the counter was pleasant and solved my issue immediately and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. Kudos.”

“Not sure where all these bad reviews are coming from…I’ve been using this location for almost 10 years an I have never had an issue. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Post office is clean and there’s rarely a wait. The rest of the post offices in this area are absolute nightmares - this one and it’s staff are a saving grace.”
