“I had an outstanding experience this morning at the Costco Gas Station thanks to Shown. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly attentive, professional, and kind. He went above and beyond to help me with a quick issue I was having at the pump — something most people would just overlook.
Shown’s customer service is truly next level. You can tell he cares about people and takes pride in what he does. It’s rare to come across someone so respectful, helpful, and efficient, especially early in the morning. Costco is lucky to have someone like him representing the brand.

“Price is always right forever according to the ceo. $1.50 hotdog & soda. We order pizzas on the phone then pick them up $10 per pie either plain or pepperoni. Big pie too. $2.50 Sundae Deal of the century and my kids always love going to Costco because of this.”
