“The locker facility itself is good and the protocol is straightforward. Very well kept and the system is organized. However, the customer service is lacking. They are impossible to reach by phone and seem to take extra long lunch breaks. When I went in person, the associate there was incredibly slow, not knowing how to use the scanner, and talked my ear off, explaining every single thing that I did not need to know. However, it got the job done.”
“Me and my family have used this storage unit for years, prior to Extra space storage buying Stowaway. Management is phenomenal they are extremely nice and very helpful. Two years I personally had items at this storage and never once encountered any issues. I would happily recommend this storage unit to anyone. They make moving easy. Mike personally is amazing, he was there the day I moved my things in and he was there the day I moved my things out; and he remembered me after two years. “1st trip there was with the moving truck. I didn't know anyone else was there at that time of night. So 3 people had to wait a little till the movers were done. The 2 people in different vehicles were nice and friendly understood completely. The 3rd person was impatient, rude, and disrespectful to me. He kept things going told him that I would call the cops if he wanted to keep going. The guy got quite and then started to follow me in his car and kept on beeping his horn.
The next 3 trips there was great no problems and was during the day without a moving truck so nothing was blocking the other cars from passing.
Prices are great. People on the phone I spoke to was always friendly and nice. Will recommend them to anyone.”
