“I recently rented a car from Enterprise, and their exceptional service deserves a 5-star review, though the vehicle’s condition was a major letdown. Let’s start with the positives. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making the entire rental process smooth and efficient. They went above and beyond by offering a complimentary pickup from my home and a drop-off after I returned the car, which was a fantastic touch that saved me time and hassle. Booking was straightforward, the pricing was transparent with no hidden fees, and the location was super convenient. Their customer service team was quick to respond to my inquiries, and the vehicle selection was impressive.
However, the cleanliness and condition of the car I received were shockingly poor, especially for a vehicle with only 17,000 miles. The interior was far from clean—I was horrified to find what looked like boogers smeared on the roof carpet. The exterior was equally disappointing, covered in dents and scratches all around. For a car with such low mileage, it was in deplorable shape, looking like it had been heavily abused. This level of neglect in cleaning and maintenance is unacceptable and made me question their quality control standards.
Despite the car’s condition, the outstanding customer service, including the convenient home pickup and drop-off, made the experience worthwhile. I’d rent from Enterprise again because of their reliability and care, but they urgently need to improve their vehicle maintenance and cleaning processes. I strongly recommend inspecting your car thoroughly before driving off!”
“Best car rental agency I have ever used--coming from a 9 year government employee who travelled at least once a month for work. The store manager Matt cares about his work, and his customers. When Enterprise overbooked my reservation, Matt stepped in and made sure I was able to get me on my way in a rental immediately. If you need a rental car, this is the place to go. Will use again.”

“Rented a 15-passenger van and a cargo van on two separate occasions. Both times the staff was courteous, the process was easy, and the vehicles worked well for my purposes. Overall, I’m pleased and will use Rent-a-Wreck Chester again! It’s great to have a local car rental option.”
