“Local spot for Amazon returns. Always had a good experience and was in and out today. Helpful little things like a piece of tape to seal a small open box are appreciated. Staff always says hello and is never short with customers even the one time there was a rush. UPS store have been a generally all around solid in this area especially this Randolph spot. It has a convenient location and efficient service reps for me personally.”

He helps me in any way he can and I never feel like a bother. I definitely recommend this UPS Store! TY to Mihir for being a great human. “Closest place to drop off a pre labeled box. Note you need to have a label as they don't print them. FedEx did not pick up the package for 2 days, thought it was lost. Not sure if it's the store or FedEx so I won't take another star off. Advice if you need the package to get into the system go to a real FedEx location or call for pickup”

“I'll never go to another USPS in the area again! Keith genuinely cares about the people who walk in the store and in just two visits, I'm sold. My second visit in, I had a packed containing automotive parts weighing around 35 lbs and in a large box. He took one look at the prepaid label I had printed and taped to the box and knew I overpaid. He handed me scissors and a large flat rate box and gave me the time to unbox and repack the items after discussing what the contents were and if they would fit. This saved me OVER $60 after I voided my previous label. He even went ahead and reinforced the box on his own time. You just won't find that kind of service at most USPS or with other courier services.”
“I had such a great experience at this post office that I had to leave a review. I went in yesterday because I had lost my receipt for a package I mailed out, and I desperately needed the tracking number. What felt like an impossible situation, Postmaster John Porada was able to solve. He went above and beyond to help me, and I am so grateful for his kindness and patience.
I also want to mention how friendly the entire staff is. From John to William, to the sweet woman at the front counter with the beautiful blue eyes (I don’t know her name yet) — every single person is warm, helpful, and welcoming. Usually when I visit other post offices the employees seem rushed or a little rude, but that is not the case here.
I’ll never go to another post office. I’m truly happy to have found this one!”

“Hopatcong post office took care of delivery problem I had; staff is always super friendly & helpful. I had a package that was “undeliverable” and Hopatcong tracked it down and delivered however Dover post office was at fault from the beginning. Hopatcong took the liberty of handling the problem. In all the years I have been a resident I never ever had a problem with Hopatcong post office. It’s always Dover. Why?”

“I really don't understand the hate for this post office. The employees are polite when I go there to drop off packages, and the man who seems to be the manager has helped me out in several issues I've had, with lost internal parcels or reclaiming money after receiving damaged packages.
I remember coming to this place several years ago and the people were just sad and angry. This is completely different. Not wotth their 2/5 rating”
“Some post offices are miserable to go to but this one was very nice. The workers were all friendly and it's in a quaint little location. They had no reviews so I figured I'd give them a shout out.”
“I mailed (in 2026) around 6 items through a local box on my corner and all 6 got to it's destination quickly with a stamp or prepaid. I also mailed around 20-25 items at the post office and every one got to the destination. I also received around 40 tracked deliveries and every one got to me without problem. So they're flawless in 2026 in my case, thankfully. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is, in 2025 a certified was lost, unexplained, and prior to that 2 or so were lost in 2024 based on recollection, as per my family. So I'm going to give them 4 stars and just say 2026 has been fine for me, but I'm still in wait and see mode based on some stuff in prior years, but for the most part I go there regularly and have no issues. That's my honest review. If that changes, I'll revisit.”
