“I came to this GNC not too long ago because I wasn’t close to the one I usually go to, and the guy there I think his name was James helped me a lot. I asked him about the usual protein powder I get and he told me that the one I was getting wasn’t really helping me with what I wanted to achieve, so he showed me some different ones that would actually help me. He was a great guy overall and really deserves some recognition.”

“this is a great store i have had lengthy conversations with Connie and she is very Knowledgeable knowing all about herbs and regular medications and the cross connections between them. i have had very pleasant interaction with her and she is very helpful. and if she doesnt know she looks it up while your waiting who does this. CONNIE great job and i look forward to my next visit just to conversate with her. i wish most people were like her she genuinely cares about her customers and tries to help them feeling better and taking care of themselves. keep up being you it doesnt go unnoticed. xoxox”
“I go out of my way to shop at the Succasunna GNC location because the experience there is consistently better, and that says a lot considering I have a closer store available. The manager at the Succasunna location is knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely takes the time to help. I never feel rushed or pressured, and I actually leave feeling confident in what I’m buying because they explain things clearly and make helpful recommendations based on my goals.
Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the Hackettstown location. I’ve had multiple negative experiences there, the most frustrating being that I was told I couldn’t use my rewards points unless I spent a certain amount. As well as claiming a BOGO was used for my purchase that I qualify for, when in reality it was not. That didn’t seem right and felt misleading, especially as a returning customer who expects a consistent experience across locations. Situations like that make it difficult to trust the store or feel valued as a customer.
Because of these repeated issues, I choose to drive further just to shop at the Succasunna location where customer service is clearly a priority. It really makes a difference when staff are helpful, transparent, and focused on actually assisting customers rather than creating unnecessary barriers. My experience here has only been with the manager, so I can not speak how the staff operate, but comparing management, there is definitely a difference.”
