“Five stars for the 3 Ps1)Punctual - Arrived at 2:33pm & the office door was locked. The sign said they would reopen at 2:40 pm, but we went to sit in the car as it was a windy, chilly day. A few minutes later a car drove up & at 2:40 pm we were in the building.2)Professional - After introducing himself, Derek confirmed that the size unit we had chosen would work well, answered several other questions & began writing us up.3)Personable - I had read some reviews before choosing Metro & had to smile as they were so good & all mentioned Derek. “So I’m at crossroads as to whether or not, I will give this establishment of four or five stars. I’m feeling some kind away about my rent going up $70 in four months, but I guess that’s the nature of the business. However if you pay for the full year you won’t have that problem. I decided to move out because I did not want to pay the additional increase.What I would like to say, is that from the time I moved in until the time I moved out , has been nothing short of exceptional…All of my interactions were with Angel. Angel delivered stellar customer service, professional, kind and courteous and he gives the best advice on how to navigate the property if you have a large truck. He made the entire process seamless. So IF I give this 5 stars is ONLY ONLY ONLY because of Angel’s exceptional customer service.I would also like to add I felt very safe, leaving my belongings in that storage unit. The facilities are well maintained and the area isn’t sketchy.”

“The facility is very clean, secure lock-up with video and driver friendly. Plenty of different sized storage units are available to make a choice for your needs. Also has plenty of space if towing a trailer. No need for backing up as one just drives the loop to get out. Checking in was very easy and I was helped by a very nice gentleman (sorry forgot his name) that drove me to the unit and helped with the locking device provided.”

“Oftentimes when you call a business looking for information, the person on the other line is a disgruntled employee who is reluctant to answer your questions. That certainly wasn't the case here. Izzy went so far as to provide pricing breakdown for various options. I feel someone else in her shoes wouldn't have been so helpful and instead redirected me to their website. She took the time to explain everything and we didn't feel rushed or pressured. Extending our unit was never an issue and whenever we spoke to anyone on the phones they were always willing to answer all questions. The only downside is there's only one trolley! For the amount of units, there should be at least 2 per entryway. So I'd recommend getting one of your own, especially if you have a larger unit. It's a good investment and would be handy for future use. Overall I'd recommend this facility.”

We were in discussion with no fewer than 6 companies (with Crown coming as a recommendation from some friends who used them to move to India from the US).
