“Lee the manager was the best he greeted me with a smile and welcoming personality! Every time I come he also alone but goes above and beyond to make sure that my experience here is wonderful! One day I had trouble with the gate and he came out to show me how to input the password properly if I could give him 10 stars I would!!! “I finally had the pleasure of meeting Ms Tammy after having had numerous calls from her regarding my paperwork.
At each discussion,
I made promises to arrive at the facility on certain dates /times to no avail.
She remained professional, patient and kind at every attempt.

“Honestly, some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I went into this location not really sure what size unit I even needed and Angel was incredible! He was so patient and understanding, like he didn’t make me feel rushed or dumb for asking a million questions. His energy was just on another level, super professional but also warm like I was talking to a friend. By the time I made my choice on a unit, Steven stepped in and he was just as great. It felt like such a relief knowing I was being helped by people who actually cared about making it a good experience. I walked out feeling lighter, happier, and honestly pretty lucky to have run into a team like that. If I get to see them every time I stop by my storage unit, that’s a win in my book.”
“Smooth move in at a very stressful time. This is the second extra space storage location I have used (Flemington) and just like the first time this location in Piscataway has been wonderful. Both my experiences were mobile checking, fyi.
The follow up from this location was persistent but necessary for such a move. 10 outta 10 so far, would recommend.”

“I had the easiest and most stress-free process in getting a unit at Lock-Up Storage in Edison. Moving is already a headache as it is. It's such a relief to find a storage location that alleviates unnecessary headaches when it comes to renting a storage unit I honestly wish I had found them a lot sooner. I was able to complete the rental agreement online at my own convenience and they were courteous enough to show me around which units would work best for me and if I needed to make any changes. The service was great and they answered every question I had and were honest with what size unit would best work for me and what kind of door. The prices online are such a bargain. I would definitely RECOMMEND this location if you want to save yourself time and more square feet for your buck!!! ?”
