I usually go to CVS, and after this experience, I’ll never make the mistake of choosing Walgreens again. I only gave them the benefit of the doubt this time because my son had an ear infection, and instead of driving across town, I decided to go to my neighborhood Walgreens for convenience. Big mistake.
When I dropped off the prescription, they told me it would be ready by 11 AM. Fine, no problem. But when I came back at 11, they still weren’t ready. No apology, no sense of urgency—just a dismissive “it’ll be a little longer.” Meanwhile, my son was in pain, uncomfortable, and just wanted relief.
So I waited. And waited. 30 minutes passed before they finally gave me the prescription—30 minutes that felt like forever while my child suffered. The lack of care, the lack of efficiency, the sheer irresponsibility of this pharmacy is unacceptable.
I regret not sticking with CVS, where I’ve never had issues like this. Walgreens lost a customer for good. If you value timeliness, compassion, and decent customer service, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

At the pharmacy, the service there is bad. There is no help for the customer, they respond in a bad way.

This place is very understaffed. Some of the employees here seem exhausted, the lines are very long, and the customers don't help the situation. Walgreens corporate should really check and improve this place so that employees and customers have a good shopping experience.

Ordered pictures online said they would be done 340pm I come in at 450pm and they aren't printed. Luckily the person working was able to print them out fast but still unacceptable. Update: the printer broke so I had to wait an additional 15 minutes removed a star.

This location is terrible. Not only is it in a bad part of town. The customer service is bad also. First off the parking lot is filled with many many people loitering all day who are drinking or already drunk. Many times I've experienced one of them walking up to my car pestering me for money. They get aggressive also. What I do is if I have to visit this store is get in and get out. Keep your head on a swivel while walking to your car. Get in and lock your doors soon as you can. Gotta be safe in this time of life, so many people pose as "needing help" then suddenly you're getting robbed bc it was a ploy. Anyway the pharmacy is terrible. They are super super slow, the other day I was in line for over 40 min. Bc every single customer has 100 questions and most likely no insurance. The easy solution is go to another location right? Well I can't bc this one is the only one that sells an item I need bi-weekly. They're also quite rude to their customers. Example they changed their policy to "pharmacist lunch break is 1:30pm to 2pm". You'd think they'd keep 1 person on the counter during that time right? Correct that was the case until recently. I walked up at 1:30 and the lady said sorry sir we are closed til 2pm. They now shut down the entire pharmacy during their lunch break. Which to me is insane, bc what if someone needs their blood pressure meds or insulin? And the pharmacy is closed bc they need ti eat their kale salad or whatever. Long review and rant I know. But putting into detail on how bad this place is isn't a short task to type. Don't go here unless you absolutely have to and have no other choice.
