“As frustrating and unprecedented as these times are, I am unbelievably thankful for a person at this bank by the name of Kayasia (hope I spelled it right). After going back and forth with customer service and waiting on a new card- I decided to come to the branch to get me a temp, not knowing there was a wait at the drive thru and that you would actually need an appointment to even get inside. This lady went OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP ME. As busy as she was, she got me in and out in a matter of 5 minutes, was super kind, thorough, and just so pleasant to have dealt with. To her superiors? If you see this? I am imploring that you give this lady a raise. Her kindness and customer service is one that is seemingly hard to come by these days and I believe we need to give people like her the due accolades/appreciation they so deserve. Kayasia? Thank you for being amazing!”

“My 5 star review is for Anna Pasqualone and Marisol Birch. I had an issue using the customer service line from my bank card. I needed to get an increase of money that was in my account To pay for something while I was in the doctor’s office. The 3 representatives - I had to call back 3 times - told me they needed to speak to someone before they could do anything and they would call me right back. I asked to confirm my phone number and I was told they could not do that. The last representative told me I could go to a branch. As I waited for a callback from any of the 3 representatives I decided to leave the doctor’s office and go to my branch, New Milford. Thank goodness for them. Anna Pasqualone called someone and explained my situation and confirmed my phone number since I never got a phone call from anyone and my increase was approved . Marisol Birch also added support for my situation. I was upset that I had to leave the doctor’s office but was very happy Anna was able to take care of my issue. Both women provided exceptional customer service, they both offered services that were going on in the bank, a 0% credit card and a good cd rate. I think that the process for getting an increase in money in your own account should be looked at and since I never received a call back from any customer service representative maybe the last 4 numbers of a phone could be confirmed. I will always look for Anna or Marisol for my banking at the New Milford branch.”
