“WOW “wow” is honestly all I can say! I can’t believe BFF is right in my backyard. I’ve been looking for a place that’s convenient with my busy schedule, and I’m so glad I decided to give it a try. I’ve been going consistently for the past three weeks, and it’s been an amazing experience.
Now, let’s talk about the team. Jonathan is an incredible coach. His attention to detail, commitment to proper form, and dedication to making sure you get the most out of every workout are truly top-notch. He makes sure you’re working safely and effectively, and it shows.

Orangetheory Montvale is hands down one of the best studios around. The energy here is unmatched! Coach Drew keeps every class upbeat — his constant motivation (and occasional singing ??) seriously keeps you pushing through even the hardest blocks. He makes the workouts fun while still challenging you to give your best. Coach Katelyn is incredible too — super encouraging, knowledgeable, and always makes sure everyone feels comfortable yet accountable. The whole team truly cares, and it shows. If you want results and a good time while getting them, this is the spot!”

“I’m an OTF member but was inspired to sign up for the HYROX solo competition once the gym became a HYROX training club. While you’ll have to look elsewhere for the sled push/pull and the ski erg (there’s no space in the studio for these), you’ll get excellent strength and endurance training here that translate to those movements! (And of course you’ll get the run and row experience that other gyms can’t offer!)”

“Uptown Movement has changed my life… and my “life after 50” perspective! After just 6 months at the gym, working closely with my coaches and staying as consistent as possible with their recommended 3x a week classes, I was able and confident during a very active family vacation keeping up with my 30-year old son and his girlfriend during stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkeling, cave exploring, cliff diving, and indoor cave rock climbing! Activities I have easily passed over again and again since I started having joint and mobility issues in my mid 40s and my fear of getting injured (or just completely failing at them)! Uptown Movement is unique and effective. The coaches care deeply about each and every member, are attentive and develop effective methods that keep you active even with physical limitations. The classes are fun, challenging, and never boring. I find myself pleasantly surprised each because I learn so much after each class, and am amazed at the progress I’m making slowly but surely! “Fitometry Health Club has been such a great find. I've been coming for a month now. You definitely get what you pay for and then some. The facilities and equipment are kept consistently clean, which makes working out feel easy and comfortable.

The machines are pretty high-tech, and for someone like me who constantly forgets what set and reps I’m on, it’s been incredibly helpful. I also love the friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The staff actually knows you by name, which feels really personal.

The large sauna and steam rooms are a huge plus too. They just opened the rooftop if you want some open air workout. I haven’t had a chance to check it out yet, but I’m sure it’s just as nice as everything else. Overall, it’s been great! Highly recommend!”

“Glenn is a great coach! Funny personality that makes you feel comfortable coming to class every time. He is very flexible with the workouts. I’m a beginner and he always works with me to make the workouts work for me. He also challenges me when I complain of not wanting to do it. (I need that!) lol He kicked my ass today after a month and change of no working out but it feels good! Oh! And I love his reggaeton music playlist! Makes the workout even better! :)”
