“TopLine was great start to finish. Adam in sales was helpful and followed up on all our of questions and held our order even with our multi month delay. Ari, Jose and Andrew were flexible and returned 4 times to make sure all of our install issues (related to the cabinet maker and plumber) were addressed and our appliance were installed safely and correctly. While I was frustrated with the delays from other contractors the TopLine associates were professional and encouraging- saying this happens all the time and in the end it will all work out. I appreciated their encouragement and understanding. The product line and services available at TopLine are just that…top line. They have a wide range of products and a staff that works with you start to finish. TopLine should be anyone’s first stop when looking for appliance services and sales.”

“Orange Vacuum Center is terrific. I could not recommend this service more. I brought my Hoover vacuum to them for maintenance on February 4, 2025 and I was very pleased with the work that was done. The price was great also. Very reasonable.
The employee who I spoke with, named Mohammed, is a very nice man and he does his job very well. It is nice to know that in today's throwaway society that businesses that do repairs and/or maintenance still exist. “We were in need of new washing machine, and dryer. We were recommended to visit Adam's T.V ads Appliance. What a great experience. They asked for the household needs, and if I had anything in mind. As we came to an agreement, they said that particular product had a rebate. They explained what to do, and the machine that was not in stock was ordered. We saved a little by picking them up at their location, and the owner assisted on loading once both units were there. Oh, and their little dog, If we dont visit for the appliances, we will stop to see their puppy.”
“Long story short: skip the big box stores and go here, you won't regret it... Outstanding family owned business with great pricing and customer service!Long story long: I had an appliance break and needed it same-day. I made the mistake of going to Home Depot and PC Richards first and they didn't have anything in stock and weren't even able to give me a timeline for delivery. I was lucky enough to find Jem on Google... not only did they have a good selection actually on their premises but their pricing was good as well. The customer service was great and I was able to even deal directly with one of the members of the family that owns the business. Where can you really find that these days? The buying process was quick and easy, no pressure, no drama. Zelle, check, or cash is preferred. I don't believe they install but they do deliver to a pretty extensive area. Not the easiest location to find but definitely worth it. Give them a call, support a great local family business!”

“This review is long overdue.I'm very grateful for Fred's small engine. I have been going there for at least 10 years. Every time I walk in or call, I feel like Norm from Cheers. (Danny) I buy 90 percent of my equipment there. They take the time to explain every detail about the machine, paperwork, and maintenance and answer every question I have. I take all my equipment to get repaired there, and I never had any issues with any repairs. Overall, I highly recommend going there.”

“I had to ask for help finding an item. The staff member was a bit rude at first but I think they way I handled it by not reacting and still giving respect changed his attitude. At the end he looked up my item in the computer and went as far as walking me to it, asked if I needed a cart, etc. At the end all turned out great. I left with all my item and a smile. Yes I would return as the place is clean and they have most things in stock.”
