“Not a big writer of this type of reviews but I just wanted to share my great experience in this shop. I got there at around 8:30am with my Jeep Cherokee barely breaking due to a system leak. I had never been there before. Eddie came out and explained that he was overwhelmed with work and low on staff due to vacation season. I pleaded my case but it didn’t take much for him to be willing to help. My car was fixed by early afternoon. Thanks, Eddie. You’ve got a new customer!”

“The trade-in experience was good. The salesperson Julio was very helpful and he tried all his best to help me out in the whole process. I was able to traded-in a CX-30 that was malfunctioned since the first year I got it. Julio was a big help trying everything to make the process easy and without any inconvenience. Ryan entenwistle was my salesman and had been working with me for over a week to find a car that would meet my growing family’s needs. “Hayward and the team at Reydel VW of Linden were awesome to work with. The environment was friendly and low pressure, and the vehicle I purchased was priced fairly and honestly. The team was patient with me while I pivoted between my new or pre-owned options and didn’t try to push me into buying one over the other. When I did finally find the right vehicle and wanted to drive it off the lot that night, even though my trade in was still full of my belongings, they made accommodations so I could come back the following day to retrieve everything. 100% would send friends and family here for a great experience. Shout out to the service department as well. It was their exceptional service that got me into the showroom in the first place.”
“I would definitely recommend Franks’s and will continue to bring my cars. Tom and team are very knowledgeable, honest, friendly and communicate clearly. They helped source a part that isn’t readily available and they were very open to work on a 30 year old classic vehicle. It’s hard to find places that offer this level of service these days and Frank’s delivers!
Update Oct 1st:
I recently had to get an oil change and had a check engine light. The team at Frank’s was very responsive and able to schedule my car for a same week visit. They were very knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem and helped fix the issues quickly. They communicated wonderfully throughout the entire process from scheduling, providing estimates, and resolution. The car now runs smooth and great. I would recommend Frank’s for any vehicle servicing.
Update Dec 4th:
The team was able to fit my car into the schedule last minute before the holidays in order to prepare for a long drive. I’m grateful for the shop’s customer support and flexibility while fixing diagnosing and fixing the car’s O2 sensor so quickly. I’ll continue to take my car here as my car has never run so good as it has now since I started going to Frank’s. Thank you so much.”

“From start to finish I had a great experience with all of the employees at Bimmer Hub. I felt that they recommended repairs based on actual testing and not just assuming its the most common cause of that symptom. Additionally I feel that they recognize the value of their work and the benefit of good costumer service. I didn't feel that they tried to upsell me any necessary repairs and they documented/photographed the reasons behind their recommendations. Also have to find out what car wash they use because I don't think my car has ever been that clean after going through the automatic wash.”

“Nice staff! Great service. My mom has been coming here and so I trust her recommendation. I needed to get the AC in my car fixed and was told somewhere else that it was my compressor and it would’ve cost me $1200 for the part not including labor. I ended up coming here turns out it wasn’t my compressor at all just an old relay and I paid a 50% fraction. Always get a second opinion and ask why when quoted for something. Anthony and Charlie were the ones assisting me and had no problem educating me. And a special shoutout to Ace for bringing the laughter. Great team work!”
