“Great service visit as always. I had a flat tire and they squeezed me in right away before the long holiday weekend. Jessica H. in Service was so professional and kept me updated throughout the service visit. Jessica provided service with a smile and made the visit a pleasure. We have been loyal Smythe customers for over a decade and wouldn’t dream going elsewhere. Thank you to Jessica and the entire service team at Smythe.”

“I can highly recommend this shop. Repairs can be stressful, this was anything but stressful. They kept us in the loop, and did a stellar job with all of the work. Don't hesitate to reach out and have a discussion with them!”

“I purchased my ID.BUZZ from Andrew at Douglas Volkswagen earlier this year. Great experience - could not have been any smoother. Andrew was absolutely great to deal with and made this the best car buying experience I've ever had. ALSO - just recently we had an incident where someone got too close and swiped the BUZZ with their mirror - leaving a mark across one of the panels. I wasn't sure if it was scratched or just had some paint transfer. Andrew arranged it so that I could bring in the vehicle for the detailing department to look at it. They were able to buff it out and it was good as new in 15 minutes. Couldn't be happier with this dealership.”

“The people at this shop are wonderful! Our rental car died on the highway and the owner towed our rental car and let us hang out there for a bit with all of our luggage and our two toddlers while my husband went back to the airport to get another rental car. They were so kind and helpful, and I imagine that is how they run their business. Thank you so much for saving us today! And showing me and my kids some wonderful hospitality in a very stressful situation.”

“Jay and Jackie are extremely knowledgable when it comes to the Porshe. They both communicated with us during the whole process and we felt very much at ease that my late father’s porshe was safe while fixing. Jay replaced all the belts, did a brake fluid flush, recommended tires and had someone replace them. The 1995 Porshe 911 is running great and we’re having some fun driving it around. We greatly appreciated all the feedback and experience.”

“My car was on a spare, gave them a call to see if I could head in and have them patch my tire and put it back on. Very friendly, fast and efficient. Appreciate that they let me stop by with essentially no notice and took care of it as quickly as they did. On top of it, reasonable prices. Highly recommend.”

“Brookside Friendly has serviced my cars for more than 20 years. You will never find a more honest and expert bunch of people. Rude low lifes? (other review). No way. These folks clean your windshield without being asked. If you are in the Summit area, these are your go-tos.”

“Our Ford Taurus 2005 AC didn’t work. They got us in right away and told us we needed to recharge the AC and refill the coolant. We then also noticed a leak that needed another part. He offered to order the part for us, and I asked if we could buy it somewhere and bring it back so we could get the car done the same day. He called a shop to see if the part was in, and then actually sent one of his guys to go get the part for us. When the guy came back he put the part in for us and then was just gonna charge us for the part $13 , but we paid a bit extra because they went and got it for us so we could get the car back same day. Overall great experience. They are located at 42 Morris Turnpike now, at the Sunoco Gad station in SummitService: Auto A/C recharge”

“This dealership has restored my faith! The staff is so welcoming and friendly. They have really nice loaner cars, I didn't want my car back after driving them. They were very helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure my car was good as new and I was happy and safe to be on the road. I can't say enough good things about this place. Thank you Dominic and all the other staff members at Douglas Volkswagen, I am another loyal and happy customer.”

“Hilltop Auto Repairs….GREAT, honest car repair shops/mechanics are hard to find!! I live out of town and my daughter lives in Summit. Her car needed badly, overdue service. Gordon Trinkler and Hilltop Auto Repairs was amazing. Gordon quickly assessed the work that needed to be done, provided me with a reasonable estimate and completed the work within 24 hours. Gordon, you have a customer for life!”

“I would highly recommend Rolf's services. I have used them since 2015 for my 2001 Porsche 996, and they have been wonderful to deal with. The owner, Rolf Symannek, is always around, and returns phone calls promptly, even if his office is closed that day. Rolf's recently did a first rate job of refinishing my wheels, which were 22 years old. They sanded down the curb rash/nick marks, straightened out any dents, repainted and put clear coat on the wheels so that they look brand new. They have installed tires for me, and even suggested I buy them direct from Tire Rack vs. purchasing from Rolf's since he couldn't beat their low pricing, refreshing approach coming from an independent mechanic. They have also done regular oil changes on my car, and they always keep me updated at time of pick up since my particular car has the IMS bearing potential difficulty. Rolf's is professional, reliable, and personable.Services: Oil change”

“We have been buying Weber grills at Harquail for years. It’s always easy. Quality product, assembly and delivery, and haulaway of old grill. Reasonable pricing and very good customer experience. Years ago, we also used them for snow removal. That was also very good, and I liked that they used a Jeep Wrangler rather than a larger truck. We are fortunate to have them in Summit.”

“I stopped by early in the morning without an appointment after knocking a backup sensor out of place on my rear bumper. Raphael came outside right away, was incredibly kind, and had it fixed within minutes. I couldn’t be more appreciative. I’ll definitely be bringing my car back here for future service!”

“This place offers gas for your vehicle, you can choose between three types depending on your vehicles needs... upon request the person will fill up your car with gas just tell the guy what gas type and payment method and your good to go, very friendly and helpful staff. Isn't this amazing?!”

I was extremely pleased with the service and value. I highly reccommend them for service but the gas price is high. Ask for Ako”

“Had a great experience buying my 2019 ram 1500 classic. MJ was a low pressure salesperson and his manager Mike was very nice and willing to cut me a good deal after traveling around NJ dealerships all day. Would recommend 10/10 buying experience.”
