“Recently needed to rent an apartment for my son. We were looking around the area and ended up at eleven80. We met Jasmine Smith the leasing consultant. She was very friendly, charming and welcoming. As we toured the building, I was very touched by the relationship she had with the staff from the concierge to the maintenance, as they greeted each other as friends. I totally fell in love with the more retro style of the building and how well kept it was. As we decided to sign a lease right there and then, the units we were looking at beagn to get taken up. Jasmine worked very hard and was as concerned as we were that we would not be able to get a unit. She was scrambling, and was able to find us an even better unit than what we had looked at for only a couple of dollars more. THANK YOU Jasmine for your help and genuine concern for our needs. “Love living here, we moved in August and we couldn’t be happier about our choice. The location, units, and having Whole Foods in the lobby are excellent factors but it’s the people here who really make this place shine. Jamal, the building manager, is extremely hard working and responsive. The engineering staff, Hakim + Adam are very intelligent, quick to sort out any problems, and very trustworthy. The housekeeping staff is great, there’s an elderly gentleman who’s always diligently cleaning (I’m kicking myself for forgetting his name). The entire security team is outstanding, special shout out to Reggie who always has a kind word to say but truly they’re all fantastic. The head security guard (he’s more frequently toward the Whole Foods end) is very astute, friendly, and does his job extremely well. The parking manager Joseph Navarro is also very helpful and friendly. The building is lucky to have such a great staff because that’s a huge part of what makes living here feel like a safe happy home.”

IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS? PAVILION WILL FIX IT! BUT THE PROBLEM MUST BE ASSOCIATED WITH THE PAVILION APARTMENTS. THE PAVILION APARTMENTS, ARE ALWAYS, GETTING BETTER AND BETTER. “One of architect Ludwig Mies van der Rohe's masterworks hidden in plain sight in Newark NJ. Construction started in 1958 and the building opened in 1960. Lovely Miesian exterior in beautiful setting close to Branch Brook Park. It would be great to see the building being restored to its former architectural glory. The nearby Pavilion Towers were also designed by Mies van der Rohe (1886-1969) and offer the opportunity to see three original Mies buildings in close proximity.”
