They aren’t the cheapest but they are honest and the best on their work. And they put warranty on it to back it up. There is a reason why they always busy. Most definitely had told friends and family and they all bring their cars in for regular service and maintenance and or if something major happens. And they literally do it all, or they will find the way from mechanical to body work.”

I needed emergency tire repair while away on a business trip. I had pulled into an off-airport parking lot at 5am in the morning and hit a major pothole, shredding one tire beyond repair. I was very happy to have Carlos and the team at A&C tire at the ready to help. He ordered the new tire, coordinated the wheel’s removal at the parking lot, brought it back to his shop to replace it, then back to the parking lot to remount the tire, all in time to have the car ready when I returned on a red-eye two days later. The professionalism, quality and flexibility of the team at A&C Tire cannot be overstated and their expert work was greatly appreciated! “I had the best experience. I cannot recommend New Empire enough! My minivan had 2 doors hit when someone backed into it. I was told I’d need to replace both doors and it would take weeks. “Convenient, they replaced a part of my exhaust in a few hours. I showed up, they took the car and fixed it. Called me a few hours later to pickup. Friendly in person, and they took photos when it was on the lift, so I recommended asking so you can understand what they did.
I rated 4 stars but it's like 4.5. when I first got the call to pickup, they said there was another issue with the exhaust they could fix. I said no, and they didn't push it. When I went to get the car, they showed me the issue, but given the overall state of the car, it didn't make much sense to do. I wish they didn't try that.
However, they didn't do anything that was shady. They still did the repair job well and didn't sabotage the other part they said should be fixed, so it worked out.
Went here because the place across the street was shady, and they didn't have doors open after saying they did.”
