The people are not the problem!Citi charges a fee every month. I never had any issues with the employees. Citi is one of the biggest companies in America. JP Morgan Chase is the largest.They only want your money. Maybe need to help the small banks

I came here with a lot of issues with my accounts the manager Valeria took over and assisted me from beginning to end. She was very patient and I can’t thank her enough for her assistance. I am leaving happy because my problems got resolve

The branch manager at this location is absolutely disrespectful. Even after booking an appointment I was made to wait 40+ mins and even after that there was nothing. So I just left and went to TD bank instead where appointments are actually honored unlike this bank/location.
